تحليل امكان پياده‌سازي دانشگاه مدل كارآفرين در دانشگاه شهيد چمران اهواز

Analysis of the feasibility of implementing an Entrepreneurial University model: a case study of Shahid Chamran University

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، آگاهي از امكان پياده‌سازي دانشگاه مدل كارآفرين در دانشگاه شهيد چمران اهواز و تبيين چرايي و چگونگي آن بود. روش پژوهش، آميخته از نوع تبييني و مشاركت‌كنندگان 120 نفر از اعضاي هييت‌علمي دانشگاه شهيد چمران اهواز بودند كه در بخش كمّي با روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه اي تصادفي (Classified Random Samplin) و بر اساس فرمول كوكران انتخاب شدند. نتايج داده هاي كمّي حاكي از آن بود كه از نظر اعضاي هييت‌علمي، امكان پياده سازي همه مولفه‌هاي دانشگاه كارآفرين در دانشگاه شهيد چمران وجود دارد. در بخش كيفي از روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند( Purposive Sampling) با شيوه انتخاب موارد مطلوب استفاده شد و با 12 نفر از مسيولان و اعضاي هييت‌علمي مرتبط با كارآفريني و صنعت مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته صورت گرفت. كفايت نمونه‌ها بر مبناي اشباع نظري بود و مصاحبه ها با روش تحليل محتواي كيفي مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرار گرفتند. درمجموع، نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه اعضاي هييت‌علمي ضمن پذيرفتن مشكلات و موانع دانشگاه و نبود زيرساختها و بسترهاي سياسي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي مناسب در كشور، معتقدند دانشگاه توانمنديها و زمينه هاي مناسبي دارد و مي تواند با اِعمال راهكارهايي در مسير تبديل شدن به دانشگاه كارآفرين حركت كند.

The main purpose of this research was to gain an awareness of the feasibility of implementing an entrepreneurial university and explain why and how it should be in the Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. The research method is mixed and explanatory. Participants were the faculty members of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. In the quantitative part of the research, a classified random sampling method was used and 120 subjects were selected on the basis of Cochran’s. The results of the quantitative data indicated the possibility of implementing all the components of an entrepreneurial university in Shahid Chamran University. In the qualitative part, the purposeful sampling method was used to select the appropriate items along with 12 members of the authorities and faculty members associated with entrepreneurship and industry. Semi-structured interviews were conducted which were later analyzed through the qualitative content analysis method. The overall results showed that faculty members accepted the difficulties and obstacles in the way of establishing an entrepreneurial university. They also were aware of a lack of infrastructure and political contexts, social, economic and culturally suitability in the country. However, they believed that the university had good capabilities and appropriate fields. The university can use some strategies to progress on its way to becoming an entrepreneurial university.
