تحليل تكاملي پيامدهاي توسعه صنعت حمل‌ونقل بر اقتصاد كشور بر‌اساس بلوك‌هاي توسعه به كمك روش هم‌جمعي

An Evolutionary Analysis on Implications of Development of Transportation Industry for National Economy on Basis of Development Blocks through Co-integration Method

رويكرد بلوك‌هاي توسعه نگاهي هم‌تكاملي به توسعه بخش‌هاي اقتصادي دارد. اين روش تحليل كه در كشورهاي حوزه اسكانديناوي بيشتر به كار مي‌رود ابزار خوبي براي تحليل و سياستگذاري توسعه فناوري و صنعت در بخش مياني اقتصاد و تبيين روابط موجود بين بخش‌ها و صنايع مختلف است. با شناخت صحيح اين روابط و ميزان تاثير و تاثر بلندمدت متقابل بخش‌هاي مختلف اقتصاد، سياستگذاران قادر خواهند بود تاثيرات تصميم‌هاي استراتژيك را در صنايع مختلف شناسايي كنند. موقعيت محوري ايران به‌عنوان پل ارتباطي بين سه قاره كهن و مهم جهان، باعث شده است كه سياستگذاران بيش‌ازپيش به صنعت حمل‌ونقل در توسعه اقتصادي و امنيتي كشور توجه كنند. ازاين‌رو مقاله حاضر بر آن است به تحليل و تاثير و تاثر توسعه صنعت حمل‌ونقل بر توسعه ساير بخش‌هاي اقتصادي با استفاده از رويكرد تكاملي بلوك‌هاي توسعه بپردازد. براي اين منظور از داده‌هاي حساب‌هاي ملي سال‌هاي 1338 تا 1391 استفاده كرده‌ايم و در نظر داريم با تحليل داده‌هاي آماري حساب‌هاي ملي 12 بخش اصلي اقتصاد، ميزان و ضريب ارتباط توسعه‌اي بين اين بخش‌ها و صنعت حمل‌ونقل را محاسبه و مدل توسعه هم‌تكاملي صنعت حمل‌ونقل را با ساير بخش‌هاي اقتصادي مورد مطالعه ترسيم كنيم.

The approach of development blocks have a coevolutionary attitude towards development of economic sectors. This analysis, used more particularly in Scandinavian countries, is a good tool for advancing analysis and policymaking on technology and industry development in the middle part of the economy and for explaining the relationships between different sectors and industries. By understanding these relationships and the mutual long-term impact of the various sectors of the economy, policymakers would be able to identify the impact of strategic decisions in various industries. This, in turn, will lead to improved decision-making. Iranʹs central position as a bridge between three old and important Continent has caused policymakers to increasingly focus on the transportation industry as a strategic industry in economic and security development. thus, using coevolutionary approach of development blocks, this paper aims ro analyse and explore the impact of the development of transportation industry on the development of other economic sectors. In doing so, the paper uses national accounts data from 1338 to 1391. In this paper, the authers intend to calculate the amount and coefficient of developmental relationship between these sectors and transportation industry, and using analysis of statistic data from national accounts related to 12 main economic sectors, to design a coevolutionary model of transportation industry with other economic sectors.
