عوامل مرتبط با مشاركت زنان روستايي شهرستان مراغه در پرورش طيور محلي

Investigating Factors related with Rural Womens’ Participation in Family Poultry Activities in Maragheh County

پرورش طيور محلي يكي از فعاليت‌هايي است كه زنان در سطح روستاها در آن مشاركت دارند و عوامل متعددي بر سطح مشاركت آن‌ها تأثير مي‌گذارد. هدف اين تحقيق توصيفي‌ـ همبستگي سنجش عوامل مرتبط با ميزان مشاركت زنان روستايي در پرورش طيور محلي بود. جامعۀ آماري شامل 22 هزار و 564 خانوار روستايي در شهرستان مراغه بودند كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 224 نفر از زنان روستايي پرورش‌دهندۀ طيور محلي از طريق نمونه‌گيري چندمرحله‌اي تصادفي انتخاب و مطالعه شدند. ابزار تحقيق پرسش‌نامۀ محقق ‌ساخته‏اي بود كه روايي آن از طريق متخصصان موضوعي تأييد شد و پايايي آن نيز با انجام مطالعۀ مقدماتي و محاسبۀ ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ بزرگ‌تر از 0.7 براي شاخص‏هاي تركيبي به‌دست آمد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد به غير از زنان، ساير اعضاي خانواده نيز در پرورش طيور مشاركت داشتند، ولي مشاركت زنان از بقيه بيشتر بود. زنان به‌طور متوسط حدود 77.5درصد آن‌ها در زمينۀ جوجه‏كشي و كمترين آن در زمينۀ لانه‏سازي بود. تحليل همبستگي نشان داد كه مشاركت زنان با متغيرهاي سن، تحصيلات زنان، تحصيلات همسر، تعداد اعضاي خانوار، تعداد كل طيور و دانش رابطۀ‏ منفي و معنا‏دار ولي با نگرش و سهم زنان از درآمد فروش طيور و محصولات رابطه مثبت و معنا‏داري داشت.

Production of family poultry is one of the activities which women in the villages participate and several factors affect on their participotaion in this activity. The purpose of this descriptive correlational study was to investigate factors related with the participation level of rural women in family poultry activities. The Statistical population consisted all rural households in Maragheh county (N=22564) which 224 of them were selected based on Cochran sampling formula and using multistage randomized sampling method. The research tool was a researcherconstructed questionnaire which its validity verified by a panel of experts in the related field and to check its reliability, a pretest conducted and Cronbach#039;s Alpha coefficient were higher than 0.7 for different parts of the questionnaire. The results showed that all family members are involved in family poultry activities, but the participation of women was higher than other family members. On average, women participated 77.35 percent in activities and incubator related activity and nesting activities had lower and higher rate of participation, respectively. The participation level of women had a negative meaningful correlation with their Age, education, husband#039;s education, households’ numbers, the size of poultry folk and their knowledge but a positive meaningful correlation with their attitudes and women#039;s share of income gaining from poultry and products selling.
