The Pattern of World Order in the Islamic Theory of International Relations

چكيده اين مقاله در صدد واكاوي مفهوم و الگوي نظم جهاني در نظريه اسلامي روابط بين‌الملل است. در اين نظريه استدلال مي‌شود كه «نظم جهاني عادلانه» موضوع اصلي نظريه اسلامي روابط بين‌الملل بوده و در هسته آن جاي دارد؛ به گونه‌اي كه نظريه اسلامي روابط بين‌الملل، به عنوان يك نظريه سياسي كلان و نظام‌مند، به جاي توضيح كنش و واكنش واحدهاي سياسي متعامل يا تبيين تاثير نظام بين‌الملل بر رفتار آنها، مفهوم و الگويي از نظم جهاني را ارايه مي‌دهد؛ نظمي كه در سطح ساختاري چگونگي آرايش و چينش كنشگران و الگوي رفتاري آنها، و در سطح كاركردي شرايط لازم براي همزيستي مسالمت‌آميز و سپس زندگي سعادتمند و حيات طيبه انسان‌ها و جوامع انساني را تامين و تبيين مي‌كند. از‌اين‌رو، نظم معنا و مفهومي توصيفي، هنجاري و تحليلي بايد هم ناظر بر چگونگي سامان يافتن كنشگران در وضعيت موجود و هم معطوف به ايجاد شرايط زندگي مطلوب جهاني باشد. واژه‌هاي كليدي: نظريه، نظم، عدالت، فطرت، روابط بين‌الملل، ارزش، عقل، نقل، اسلام، اعتبار.

This article attempts to examine the concept and pattern of world order in the Islamic theory of International Relations. It will argue that “a just world order” is the main subject of the Islamic theory of International Relations and it is also considered as the core of it. The paper will further argue that the Islamic theory of International Relations instead of explaining the interactions among political units or the effect of the international system on their behaviors, as a macro and systematic political theory will rather present the world order model. The order which provides and describes the context at the structural level where the arrangement of the actors and their behavioral patterns are shaped, while the necessary conditions for the peaceful coexistence and eventually blissful life of humans and human societies are expressed at the functional level. Accordingly, the order will gain descriptive, normative and analytical meaning which will supervise the organization of the actors in the existing situation and create global favorable living conditions as well.
