سناريو هاي محتمل درآينده پژوهي روابط خارجي ايران و عربستان مبتني بر تحولات ژئوپليتيكي منطقه عربي (دربازه زماني 1404)

Probable scenarios in future studies of Iran and Saudi Arabia foreign affairs based on geopolitical evolution of Arabic zone.(until 2025).

در تحقيق حاضر به دنبال آينده پژوهي روابط خارجي ايران و عربستان مبتني بر تحولات منطقه عربي است. به منظور انجام صحيح و علمي پژوهش، ابتدا اين سوال طرح مي گردد كه مهم ترين آينده هاي مطرح در روابط خارجي ايران وعربستان مبتني بر تحولات ژئوپلتيكي منطقه عربي چيست؟ نوع تحقيق، كاربردي و روش تحقيق تحليلي تبييني(با استفاده از روش گلوله برفي) مي باشد. در اين روش 25 نفر از اساتيد و افراد نخبه با ويژگي هاي خاص انتخاب و از طريق پرسشنامه مورد سوال قرار گرفتند كه از طريق اين خبرگان مولفه ها، شاخص ها و گويه ها ارزيابي شده و در نهايت پرسشنامه براي آنها ارسال گرديد.پس از تاييد پايايي و روايي پرسشنامه، جهت تحليل نتايج از آزمون فريدمن استفاده شد. مهم ترين نتايج حاصله از تحليل گويه ها و شاخص ها نشان مي دهد كه : آينده محتمل در روابط خارجي ايران و عربستان با تاثيرپذيري از تحولات منطقه اي عربي متصور خواهد بود و مهم ترين مولفه هاي تاثيرگذار در آينده پژوهي روابط خارجي ايران وعربستان به ترتيب اهميت؛ دفاعي، فرهنگي، سياسي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي مي باشد كه سناريوهاي محتمل هم برهمين مبنا نوشته شده است. همچنين محقق به اين نتيجه مي رسد كه دورنماي روشني در روابط ميان ايران و عربستان ديده نمي شود بلكه به صراحت گفت كه روابط در آينده تيره تر نيز خواهد شد. پيشنهاد مي گردد ملاحظات راهبردي در خصوص تنظيم روابط با عربستان سعودي با ترسيم اهداف مرحله اي و حركت هاي گام به گام و تدريجي اتخاذ گردد.

In this study, the researcher is looking for future studies of Iran and Saudi Arabia’s foreign relations based on transitions of Arab world. In order to have a correct and scientific research, first, this question arises that what is the most important future for Iran and Saudi Arabia’s foreign relations based on the geopolitical transitions of Arab world. In the path of finding the answer, five more subquestions are raised. This research is designed as an applied research in which the researcher uses an analytical – explanatory methodology (the snowball method). In this method, 25 members of faculty and elite with specific characteristics were selected and were asked through questionnaire. The components, indicators and items were carefully assessed by these experts. After confirmation of the reliability and validity, the Friedman Test was used to analyze the results. The most important results from the items and indicators analysis show that: three potential, probable and desirable futures are predicted for Iran and Saudi Arabia’s foreign relations following transitions of Arab world (Yemen, Syria, Iraq, etc.). And the most influential factors in future studies of Iran and Saudi Arabia’s foreign relations are defensive, cultural, and political, social and economic factors (in order of importance). The researcher also concludes that no bright future lies ahead of Iran and Saudi Arabia relations and it can be explicitly stated that these relations will be even darker in future.
