فراتحليل اثربخشي زوج درماني بر افزايش رضايت زناشويي (ايران 91-1385)

Metaanalysis of the Effectiveness of Couple Therapy on Increasing Marriage Satisfaction (Iran 20062012)

مدت زماني است چنين پنداشته شده بود كه شباهت در خصيصه‌هايي چون شخصيت، سن، شرايط اجتماعي، اقتصادي، تحصيلات، ‌ارزش‌ها، ‌باورهاي مذهبي، قوميت و...، موجب رضايت و ديرپايي ازدواج‌ها مي‌شوند. با اين حال، ‌پژوهش‌هاي اخير تمام فرضيه‌هاي مذكور را تاييد نكرده‌اند. از بدو شكل‌گيري خانواده در كليه‌ي فرهنگ‌ها افراد سرآمد و برگزيده تلاش مي‌كرده‌اند تا زوج‌ها و خانواده‌ها را در جهت حل مسائل، ‌سازگاري و نيز رشد ياري برسانند. در اين خصوص، فراتحليل با يكپارچه كردن نتايج حاصل از تحقيقات مختلف، ميزان اندازه اثر زوج درماني را مشخص مي‌نمايد. هدف از تحقيق حاضر بررسي تاثير زوج درماني بر رضايت زناشويي مي‌باشد. بدين منظور از بين 25 پژوهش 8 پژوهش كه از لحاظ روش‌شناختي مورد قبول بوده‌اند انتخاب و فرا تحليل بر روي آن‌ها انجام گرفت. ابزار پژوهش عبارت بود از چك ليست فرا تحليل. ميزان اندازه اثر 0.62 بود كه از لحاظ آماري معنادار است (0.001>p ). نتايج فراتحليل نشان داد ميزان اندازۀ اثر زوج درماني بر افزايش رضايت زناشويي مطابق جدول تفسير اندازه اثر كوهن  بالا ارزيابي مي‌شود.

Abstract For a long time it was thought that homogeneity in characteristics like personality, age, economic social conditions, education, values, religious beliefs, ethnicity, etc. causes satisfaction and durability of marriages. But recent research shave not approved all the mentioned hypotheses. Since the formation of families, prominent people have tried to help couples and families in solving their problems, compatibilities and their growth. In this regard, Metaanalysis defines the research rate of couple therapy effects, by integrating the obtained results from different investigations. The main purpose of current research is to evaluate the rate of effectiveness of couple therapys on increasing the marriage satisfaction by using the Metaanalysis to do the study, 8 researches were selected among 25 researches that were accepted with regards to the cognitive methods and then the Metaanalysis was done on them. The instrument used for this research, included the checklist for Metaanalysis .The measure of effectiveness was 0.26, and was significant (P<0.001). The results of this meta analysis showed that the rate of effectiveness of couple therapy on increasing the marriage satisfaction could be evaluated positively significant in accordance with Cohen`s effective measures table.
