The Effect of Modern Metropolitan Atmosphere on Reviewing the women’s Gender Identity

در جوامع جديد هويت‌ جنسيتي زنان تحت تأثير فضاي بيروني، روابط گروهي و متأثر از تجربه‌هاي زندگي‌ در حال تغيير است. به لحاظ جامعه‌شناختي، نحوه تفكيك فضا انعكاسي از روابط اجتماعي حاكم بر جامعه بوده و شاخص چگونگي و نحوه سازمان‌دهي اجتماع و مبناي شكل‌گيري هويت‌هاي جمعي است. شهرداري تهران از سال 1386 در صدد ساخت فضاهاي شهري مدرن تحت عنوان «مجموعه شهربانو» بوده تا زنان شهر بتوانند به انجام فعاليت‌هاي اجتماعي، فرهنگي و هنري بپردازند. مطالعه حاضر به بررسي تأثير اين فضاهاي شهري بر بازانديشي در هويت جنسيتي زنان مي‌پردازد. اين پژوهش به روش پيمايش انجام شده و جامعه‌ آماري آن را كليه زنان مراجعه‌كننده به مجموعه‌‌هاي شهربانو در مناطق 1، 2، 8 و 14 شهرداري تهران تشكيل مي‌دهند. حجم نمونه از طريق فرمول كوكران، 237 نفر برآورد شده و روش نمونه‌گيري نيز چندمرحله‌اي است. بر اساس نتايج حاصل از آزمونِ تحليل عاملي سه بُعد هويت جنسيتي شامل «مديريت بدن»، «نمايش جنسيت» و «احساس امنيت» از يكديگر تشخيص داده شد كه در اين ميان بيشترين ميانگين مربوط به دو عامل نخست هستند؛ در واقع، ساخت و توسعه مجموعه‌هاي «شهربانو» از منظر كاركردي منجر به اجتماعي‌شدن جنسيتي، نمايش بهتر بدن و پوشش مدرن زنان مي‌گردد. همچنين، داشتن احساس امنيت در اين مراكز بازتاب فضاي عمومي جامعه است. البته به لحاظ جامعه‌شناختي نبايد از آثار و پيامدهاي دامن زدن به ساخت و توسعه چنين فضاهاي جنسيتي‌شده‌اي غافل بود؛ زيرا در آينده منجر به عمومي شدن فضاهاي شهري مدرن خواهند شد. در واقع، كاركرد پنهان احداث و توسعه چنين فضاهايي را بايد زمينه‌‌اي براي حضور زنان در جامعه دانست.

In the new societies, the women’s gender identity affected by the external atmosphere, communal relationships, as well as life experiences is constantly changing.  In terms of sociology, the type of the division of atmosphere is the reflection of the social relationship dominant on the society and it is considered as an index towards the mode of the organization of society as well as a foundation in favor of the development of collective identities.  Since 2007, the municipality of Tehran has been in charge of the development of modern metropolitan atmospheres under the title of “Shahrbanoo complex” to provide an opportunity for the women doing social, cultural, artistic activities.   The present study investigates the effect of these metropolitan atmospheres on reviewing the gender identity of women through a survey method and a statistical sample selected out of the population of women referred to Shahrbanoo complexes existent in the areas 1, 2, 8, and 14 of the municipality of Tehran. The amount of the sample was reported about 237 people and the way of sampling was done through multi stages.  According to the findings of analysis, it was identified the three dimensions of gender identity including the “management of the body”, “exposition of the gender” and “feeling of security” and among them the first two elements were of the greatest Mean. In terms of function, the development of “Shahrbanoo complexes” leads to the socialization of the gender, better exposition of the body and modern clothing of women. Moreover, having a feeling of security in these centers is the reflection of the public atmosphere of the society and in terms of sociology, it should not be ignored the consequences of the presence of such atmospheres since it will lead to publicizing the modern metropolitan atmospheres in the future. Actually, the covert function of such atmospheres is deemed to be a ground for the presence of women in society.
