بررسي ارتباط بين سيستم هاي فعال ساز و بازداري رفتاري، دشواري در تنظيم هيجاني و كمرويي با اختلال اضطراب اجتماعي در نوجوانان بهنجار

The Relationship of Behavioral Activation and Inhibition Systems (BAS/BIS), Difficulty of Emotional Regulation and Shyness with Social Anxiety Disorder in Normal Adolescents

زمينه و هدف: اختلال هاي اضطرابي يكي از شايع ترين اختلال هاي دوران نوجواني هستند و از مهم ترين انواع اين اختلال ها مي توان به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعي اشاره كرد. هدف اين پژوهش، پيش بيني اضطراب اجتماعي، از طريق سه عامل سيستم هاي فعال ساز و بازداري رفتاري ، دشواري در تنظيم هيجاني و كمرويي بود. روش بررسي: روش پژوهش حاضر غير آزمايشي و طرح آن از نوع همبستگي مي باشد. جامعه آماري شامل كليه دانش آموزان دختر و پسر پايه اول دبيرستان هاي شهركرد در سال تحصيلي 94- 1393 بود كه با روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي از ميان آن ها نمونه اي به حجم1000نفر (500 پسر و500 دختر) بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان انتخاب شد. جمع آوري داده هاي پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه هاي سيستم فعال ساز و بازداري رفتاري(BIS/BAS)، تنظيم هيجاني(ERS) ، اضطراب اجتماعي(SPIN) و كمرويي انجام گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي(ميانگين و انحراف معيار) و استنباطي(ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چندگانه به روش گام به گام) با نرم افزار SPSS20 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته ها: يافته ها نشان دادند، بين اختلال اضطراب اجتماعي با سيستم بازداري رفتاري(0/05>P) ، با دشواري در تنظيم هيجاني(0/05>P) و با كمرويي(0/05>P) ارتباط مثبت معني دار وجود دارد. ولي بين سيستم فعال ساز رفتاري با اختلال اضطراب اجتماعي ارتباط معني داري يافت نشد.

Background and aims: Anxiety disorders are among the most common disorders in youth and adolescence ldquo;social anxietyrdquo; is one of the most important of these disorders. The aim of this study was to predict social anxiety disorder using three predictive factors inhibition and behavioral activation system, deficiency in emotion regulation and Shyness. Methods: The population of this descriptive ndash; correlational study included all male and female high school students of Shahrekord. cluster sampling was used to select 1000 students (500 girls and 500 boys) from the first grade of high schools in Shahrekord. System Activation and Behavioral Inhibition Scale (BIS/BAS), Emotion Regulation Scale (RES), Social Anxiety Scale (SPIN) and Shyness Scale, were used to measure the variables .Descriptive (mean and standard variation) and inferential (correlation coefficient and regression analysis) statistical methods were used for data analysis. Results: Findings demonstrated A significant positive correlation between social anxiety disorder and behavioral inhibition system (P<0/05), difficulties in emotional regulation (P<0/05) and shyness (P<0/05). But There was not a significant association between behavioral activation system and social anxiety disorder. (P>0/05). Stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated a predictive model for social anxiety disorder in which shyness, difficulty of emotional regulation and behavioral inhibition system were its components respectively. Conclusion: High sensitivity BIS system, difficulty in emotion regulating and shyness increase social anxiety.In sum, recognition of the brainbehavioral systems specialy BIS in individuals and being aware of this characteristic will decrease social anxiety disorder in them.
