درآمدي بر مفهوم‌شناسي عمليات رواني و شيوه هاي پيشگيري از آن

اين پژوهش بر آن است تا ضمن رسيدن به اهداف تعيين شده، روند اين مفهوم را از ابتداي طرح موضوع تاكنون مورد بررسي قرار داده (از ديدگاه صاحب‌نظران داخلي و خارجي) و مفاهيم مرتبط با آن را نيز احصا نمايد. با اين هدف، پرسش هايي وجود دارد كه پاسخ به آنها مي تواند به روشن شدن موضوع كمك نمايد: عمليات رواني در حال حاضر از نظر صاحب‌نظران به چه معناست؟ عمليات رواني در سنت و كلام مقام معظم رهبري از چه جايگاهي برخوردار است؟ و عمليات رواني و مفاهيم مرتبط با آن از دو دهه پيش تاكنون از چه روندي برخوردار بوده و اهداف، روش ها، عوامل و ابزارهاي آن كدام است؟ بديهي است كه امروزه استفاده از عمليات رواني مختص زمان جنگ بين دو كشور درگير نيست، بلكه عمليات رواني ابزار قدرتمند و نسبتاً كم هزينه اي است كه حتي افراد، گروه ها و احزاب سياسي داخل يك كشور نيز براي نيل به اهداف خود، از آن به وفور استفاده مي نمايند. در اين مقاله، پس از بررسي زواياي مختلف، به اولويت بندي در استقرار آن با توجه نظريه هاي مطرح شده پرداخته شده و الگوي مفهومي پيشنهادي بر اساس يافته هاي تحقيق (عمليات رواني در غلبه بر حريف موثر است و استفاده كننده از اين روش مي تواند خود را در جايگاهي فراتر و بالاتر از طرف مقابل ‌ببيند و جهت پيشگيري از عمليات رواني بايد سطوح عمليات رواني، چرخه عمليات رواني، اصول و فنون عمليات رواني را شناخت تا بتوان در آينده كه جنگ رسانه ها (جنگ رواني) خواهد بود، موفق عمل نمود) ارايه گرديده است و به دليل اهميت و حساسيت اين الگو جهت رسيدن به هدف تحقيق (پيشگيري در مقابل عمليات رواني)، بايد اقدام لازم جهت اجرايي شدن الگو مفهومي پيشنهادي و پيشنهادهاي مندرج در بند آخر مقاله حاضر به عمل آيد.

This research is trying among to gain the determined aims, investigates the process of this concept since beginning of mentioning the subject to now (from internal and external experts’ point of view) and also counts concepts that are related to it. By this target, there are questions that replying to them can help to become clear the subject: what is the meaning of psychological operations from expert’s point of view? What is the place of psychological operations in supreme leader’s speech and tradition? And what is the process of psychological operations and concepts that are related to it since two decades ago to now and what are its aims, methods, agents and tools? It is obvious that today use of psychological operations isn’t peculiar to the time of two involved countries, but psychological operations is the powerful tools and relatively low cost that even individuals, groups and political parties within a country to achieve its goals, use it widely. In this paper, after reviewing various angels, it has been engaged to give priority in its establishment according to raised theories and the proposed conceptual model offered according to research findings (psychological operations is effective in overcoming opponent and user of this method can see its status above and beyond the other person and for psychological operations prevention, should be known the level of psychological operations, psychological operation scycle and the principles and techniques of psychological operations in order to would be successful in the future that it will be the media war (psychological war) and due to the importance and sensitivity of the model to achieve the goal of research(Prevention against psychological operations), must act to implement the proposed conceptual model and contained recommendations in the final paragraph of the present article.
