Sustainable Development Indexes and Politics

توسعه به مفهوم تحول كيفي، گذار از دوره اي به دوره ديگر مستلزم ايجاد تغيير همه جانبه در ابعاد اقتصادي، سياسي، فرهنگي، اجتماعي و... است. توسعه، فرايندي در هم تنيده و داراي وظايفي گسترده و بخش هاي محيطي مرتبط با زندگي اجتماعي انسان­ها است و به معناي فراهم شدن زمينه‌هاي لازم براي پيدايي ظرفيت‌ها و قابليت­هاي عناصر مختلف در اجتماع و ميدان يافتن آن­ها براي دستيابي به پيشرفت و افزايش توانائي هاي كمي وكيفي است. توسعه پايدار، نيازمند استفاده از همه ظرفيت وتوانايي هااست . لازمه سياست توسعه پايدار، داشتن شاخص هاي اندازه گيري براي نيل به اهداف آن است. با توجه  به اينكه كشور ايران از جمله كشورهايي است كه داراي چشم انداز بيست ساله مي باشد بر اين اساس در اين مقاله مفاهيم توسعه پايدار و شاخص آن براي تحقق سياست هاي چشم انداز كشور تبيين شده است. لذا در اين تحقيق يافته ها نشان مي دهد سياست هاي توسعه پايدار تابعي است از شاخص هاي رشد و تعالي انسان ها در ابعاد مختلف با تاكيد بر عوامل ارزش هاي فرهنگي در هر جامعه ايي است.

Development of qualitative transformation that is transition from a period to another period requires making changes in economic, political, social, cultural, aspects and so on. Development is the process intertwined that has broader issues in related to social life of human beings and environmental parts and a means of providing necessary sectors for finding capacities and Potentials of different elements in the community and interning them to achieve progress and improve the qualitative and quantitative. Sustainable development requires the use of all capacities. Necessary policy of sustainable development means having measurement indicators to achieve its objectives. Considering that Iran is among the countries that have a twentyyear outlook accordingly, in this paper, the concepts of sustainable development and measures to implement the policy perspective is explained. So in this research, findings shows sustainable development policies are the indicators of human development and progress in various dimensions, with a focus on cultural values factors in any society.
