مطالعه تجربيات اساتيد و دانشجويان دانشگاه تبريز از توجه به اخلاق پژوهش؛ مطالعه‌اي پديدارشناسانه

A Study of the Experiences of Tabriz University’s Teachers and Students about Attention to Research Ethics: A Phenomenological Study

به‌رغم رشد چشمگير پژوهش‌ها در عرصه‌هاي گوناگون، كم‌توجهي به اخلاق پژوهش در مقاطع تحصيلي و درجات علمي بالا مشاهده مي‌شود. بر اين اساس پژوهش حاضر به‌توصيف تجربيات اساتيد و دانشجويان از توجه به اخلاق پژوهش مي‌پردازد تا تصوير روشني از سوء رفتارها و عوامل زمينه‌ساز تخلفات در حوزه پژوهش‌هاي آموزش عالي ارائه نمايد. پژوهش حاضر به‌شيوه كيفي و پديدارشناسي با نمونه‌گيري هدفمند و به‌وسيله مصاحبه ژرف‌نگر با 19 نفر از اساتيد و دانشجويان دكتري انجام گرفت. مصاحبه‌ها ضبط شدند و به‌روش استرابرت و كارپنتر (2003) مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. جهت افزايش دقت و استحكام، ‌بررسي دقيق و مشاهده مداوم در تمام مراحل پژوهشي، نظرات تكميلي همكاران و مرور و بازنگري دست‌نوشته‌ها توسط مشاركت‌كنندگان مدنظر قرار گرفت. يافته‌هاي حاصل از تجربيات اساتيد و دانشجويان در خصوص اخلاق پژوهش در شش مضمون اصلي «سوء رفتارها در پژوهش»، «فشارهاي محيطي»، «ويژگي‌هاي فردي»، « فقدان مديريت و راهنمايي»، «نظام آموزشي» و «عواقب و پيامدها» و چندين مضمون فرعي خلاصه گرديد. يافته‌هاي حاصل از مطالعه مي‌تواند تصويري روشن از تجربه اساتيد و دانشجويان از اخلاق پژوهش ارائه نمايد.

Despite the growth of research in different fields, one witnesses lopsided attention to research ethics in higher educational grades. The present paper is an attempt to study experiences of teachers and students about attention to research ethics to depict a clear picture of misbehaviors and factors facilitating violations in the field of research in higher education. The present study was conducted through qualitative and phenomenological methods by collecting the sle via targeted sling and deep interviews with 19 teachers and PhD students. The interviews were recorded and analyzed through Streubert and Carpenter (2003) method. In order to increase the precision, throughout the research, the manuscripts were reviewed by interviewees and the viewpoints of colleagues were taken into consideration. The findings based on the experiences of the teachers and students about research ethics were classified into six main themes, i.e. “misbehaviors in research”, “environmental pressures”, “individual traits”, “lack of management and guidance”, “educational system” and “consequences and results”, and several subthemes. The findings depict a clear picture of the experiences of the teachers and students about research ethics.
