تجربه زندگي با همسر معتاد :يك مطالعه پديدار شناسي

Life experiences of addicted wife:A qualitative study

مقدمه: اعتياد يكي از پديده هاي شوم اجتماعي است، كه نه تنها بر روي زندگي فرد معتاد تاثيرات سويي دارد، بلكه اطرافيان و بستگان فرد معتاد نيز در معرض خطر آسيب هاي متعدد اين پديده اجتماعي قرار مي گيرند كه شناخت احساسات و انتظارات آنان نقش مهمي در هدايت كادر درماني درجهت مراقبت و حمايت موثرتر و رفع محدوديتهاي اين بيماران خواهد داشت. هدف اين مطالعه كيفي، كسب تجارب و معناي زندگي از زبان همسران مردان معتاد است. روش: اين مطالعه يكي از روشهاي تحقيق كيفي تحت عنوان پديدار شناسي توصيفي كلايزي است. روش جمع آوري اطلاعات در اين مطالعه، مصاحبه نيمه سازمان يافته با 10 شركت كننده زن با تجربه يك ساله اعتياد همسر از مناطق 2 و10 و 18 شهر تهران، بود. مصاحبه ها بر اين سوال محوري بود كه تجربه شما از زندگي با همسر معتاد چيست. يافته ها: مفاهيم اصلي استخراج شده از تجارب شركت كنندگان در پژوهش شامل درگيري طولاني مدت با چالش ها، نياز به قرارگيري در چتر حمايتي، آسيب رساننده هاي ايزوله كننده و سپرهاي مقابله با آسيب پذيري بود. نتيجه گيري: خانواده ها مخصوصا همسران مردان معتاد بعلت قرار گرفتن در معرض آسيب پذيري شديد فردي، اجتماعي و باصطلاح اين قرباني خاموش، نياز به درك و حمايتهاي همه جانبه دارند. اين يافته ها، ديد جديدي به تيم درماني براي درك واقعي تر خانواده هاي بيماران وابسته به مواد و مشكلات واقعيشان خواهد داد.

Introduction: Addiction is one of the phenomena of social evil, which not only has negative effects on the life of the addict, but the addicts family and relatives at risk of social phenomenon are multiple injuries, understanding emotions and expectations play an important role in guiding medical staff to care and support will be more effective. The purpose of this qualitative study, experience and the meaning of life from the wives of men addicted. Method: A qualitative research methods as phenomenological description is colaizzi. The method of collecting the data in this study, semistructured interviews with 10 female participants experienced a year after addiction wife from districts 2 and 10 and 18 in Tehran, respectively. Interviews on the question central to your experience of life is dependent spouse. Results: The main concepts extracted from the experiences of the participants in such research was longterm involvement with the challenges, the need to get on the safety net, damaging isolation and shields against the vulnerability. Conclusion: The families, especially the wives of men addicted are extremely vulnerability and entitled to silent victims, and so the community needs to understand and support broadly. This finding is a newA insight into the treatment for addict patients and families via understanding their real problems.
