The Most Important Element of Imagination and Creating Mental Imagery in the Poetry of Rudaki

تشبيه يكي از گسترده‌ترين مباحث علم بيان است كه همزمان با خلقت بشر در گفتار انسان اوليه پديد آمده است. اگر بپنداريم كه استفاده از علوم بلاغي و ادبي مختص قوم و ملتي خاص و منحصر به دوره‌هايي از پيشرفت علوم ادبي بوده است، دچار خطا شده‌ايم. انسان‌هاي اوليه براي بيان ذهنيات خويش و مفاهيم پيچيده و مبهم به تعبيرات مختلف و استفاده وسيع از قوّه تخيل نياز داشتند. در اين رويكرد استفاده از تشبيه ـ هر چند به صورت ساده و ابتدايي ـ براي آنان اهميت ويژه‌اي داشته است. كاربرد و بسامد آرايه‌هاي ادبي تحت تاثير شرايط مختلف در بين شاعران و نويسندگان تغيير مي‎كند. رودكي پدر شعر فارسي و يكي از بزرگ‌ترين شاعران عصر ساماني است كه در سده‌هاي آغازين ادب پارسي دري خدمت بزرگي به زبان و ادبيات فارسي كرده و به مدد نبوغ خويش صور خيال بديع و شگفت‎انگيزي را در شعر به كار برده است. سوال پژوهش اين است كه رودكي با چه هدف و تا چه حدّي انواع تشبيه را به كار برده است؟ در اين مقاله به بحث و بررسي انواع تشبيه و يافتن شاهد مثال در ديوان اشعار رودكي پرداخته شده و سعي بر آن بوده است كه - با توجه به بسامد بالاي تشبيه در اشعار رودكي - انواع تشبيه در اشعار او استخراج شده و برخي از اين تصوير‌هاي شعري نقد و بررسي شود. براي رسيدن به اين هدف، برخي از تصاوير و تشبيهات رودكي با تشبيهات ساير شاعران در دوره‌هاي بعد مقايسه شده است.

Simile is one of the most widely discussed topics in eloquence, the emergence of which in early human speech has coincided with the creation of the man. To express complicated and vague concepts, early humans needed different figures of speech as well as a strong imagination. The use of simile has played an important role in achieving this aim. It is wrong to assume that the use of rhetorical devices has been specific to a certain ethnicity or era. The use of figures of speech varies among poets and authors under different circumstances. Rudaki is the father of Persian poetry and one of the greatest poets in Samani epoch, who has done a great service to Dari Persian in the early centuries of Persian literature and with the aid of his genius used exquisite imagery in his poetry. The question in this research is that for what purpose Rudaki used simile and to what extent he has used different kinds of simile? This article reviews different kinds of simile and attempts to extract and review different kinds of simile in Rudaki’s poetry. To reach this goal, in some instances the similes used by Rudaki are compared with those used by poets of following eras.
