An Overview of the Properties of Energetic Plasticizer Based on Azido-esters

اخيرا رويكرد در طراحي و ساخت پيشرانه‎ها و مواد منفجره، استفاده از اجزاي پرانرژي به جاي اجزاي خنثي مي‎باشد. ابداع نرم‎كننده‎هاي پرانرژي به عنوان جايگزين نرم‎كننده‎هاي معمول خنثي، مسيري است كه به منظور بهبود سطح انرژي پيشرانه‎ها طي شده است. در اين ميان، تركيبات پرانرژي برپايه آزيدهاي آلي توجه زيادي را به خود جلب نموده‎اند. خواص‎مكانيكي ضعيف بايندرهاي پرانرژي برپايه آزيد مانند GAP با افزودن نرم‎كننده‎هاي پرانرژي برپايه آزيد به طور محسوسي بهبود مي‎يابد. از ميان تركيبات پرانرژي برپايه آزيد كه به عنوان نرم‎كننده پرانرژي استفاده مي‎شوند، آزيدواسترها به دليل خواص نرم‎كنندگي بهتري كه دارند، در چند سال‎ اخير بسيار مورد توجه قرار گرفته‎اند و تركيبات زيادي برپايه آن‎ها و به عنوان نرم‎كننده پرانرژي سنتز و در مقالات گزارش شده‎اند. در اين مقاله ضمن معرفي نرم‎كننده‎هاي آزيدواستر سنتز شده به مرور خواص آن‎ها و همچنين روش‎هاي سنتز آن‎ها و بررسي اثر پارامترهاي ساختاري بر خواص اين دسته از نرم‎كننده‎ها پرداخته مي‎شود.

Recently, approach in the field of design and manufacture of the propellant and explosive has led to the use of energetic ingredients instead of inert. Introduction of energetic plasticizers as a replacement of commonly used inert plasticizers is another approach to improve the energy level of propellants. In this meantime, energetic compound based on organic azids were attracting a lot of attention. The poor mechanical properties of energetic binders based on an azide functional group like GAP can be improved markedly by incorporation of energetic azido functional plasticizers. Among the azide based energetic compound that are used as energetic plasticizers, azido-esters because of their better plasticizing effect has drawn much attention In recent years and several compounds based on them as energetic plasticizers were synthesized and reported in Articles. In this paper, we introduce the synthesized azido-ester plasticizers, review their properties, their synthesis methods and study the effect of structural parameters on the properties of this type of plasticizers.
