مدارك پزشكي الكترونيك، گامي نوين در فناوري نظام سلامت: ديدگاه مديران و پزشكان

Electronic Medical Records, A New Step in Technology of Health System: Administrators and Physicians` Perspective

زمینه و هدف: نظام مدارك پزشكی الكترونیك موجب جمع آوری و ذخیره داده های آزمایشگاهی، تصاویر دیجیتالی و نسخه های الكترونیك می شود. در این پژوهش دیدگاه پزشكان و مدیران دانشگاه علوم پزشكی هرمزگان نسبت به نظام مدارك پزشكی الكترونیك بررسی گردیده است. روش بررسی: این مطالعه یك مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل كلیه مدیران بیمارستانهای كل استان هرمزگان به تعداد 61 نفر و پزشكان عضو هیأت علمی و دستیاران تخصصی به تعداد 121 نفر بودند. ابزار جمع آوری داده، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد. روایی ابزار براساس روش اعتبار محتوایی و دریافت نظرات صاحب نظران تعیین و تایید شد. برای پایایی ابزار براساس ضریب آلفای كرونباخ برابر با 83 درصد برآورد گردید. داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS و به وسیله ی روش های آمار توصیفی و آمار تحلیلی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها: آیتم مدیریت داده با 146 نفر(77/5 درصد)، اهداف و فرآیند شغلی با 160 نفر(87/9 درصد)، ارتباطات با 163 نفر(89/6 درصد)، محرمانگی و امنیت داده با 152 نفر(83/1 درصد) مهم ترین نقش را در نظام سلامت داشتند.  نتیجه گیری: به طور كلی نگرش مدیران و پزشكان در مورد نقش نظام مدارك پزشكی الكترونیك در نظام سلامت در حد مطلوبی ارزیابی شد كه با توجه به مزایای استفاده از نظام و حذف موانع اساسی در پیاده سازی آن، گامی نوین در جهت ارتقای سطح سلامت برداشته خواهد شد.

Background and Aim: Electronic Medical Record system collects and stores laboratory data, digital images and electronic versions. It plays a major role in reducing medical errors and duplication and health care providers immediate access to patient medical records. This study aimed to examine the viewpoints of Hormozgan University of Medical Sciencesʹ administrators on the role of electronic Medical records system.   Materials and Methods: The study was a descriptive-analytical research to examine the viewpoints of Hormozgan University of Medical Sciencesʹ administrators and physicians on the role of electronic medical records system. The study population consisted of 61 managers, matrons and health information managers of Hormozgan hospitals and 121 faculty physicians and residents. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity was determined and verified by content validity method and expertsʹ views. Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient was used for assessing reliability, which was 83%. Data collected from the questionnaires was analyzed using SPSS software and descriptive statistics and analytical statistics. Results: Results indicated that "data management" (N=146) with 77.5%, "job objectives and processes" (N=160) with 87.9%, "communication" (N=163) with 89.6%, "data privacy and security" (N=152) with 83.1% had the most important roles in the health system.  Conclusion: Generally, managers and physicians attitudes about the role of electronic medical records system in the health system was evaluated satisfactorily. According to the advantages of the system and removing major obstacles in its implementation, a new step would be taken in order to promote health.
