Identification and Prioritization of Perspectives and Strategies in Tehran Municipality Sport Organization using AHP model: Basic Indicators of Performance Evaluation through the Executive BSC Model

هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر، اولويت بندي استراتژي هاي سازمان ورزش شهرداري تهران با استفاده از مدل AHP بود. روش‌شناسي: تحقيق حاضر از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي بود. جامعه آماري شامل كليه مديران سازمان ورزش شهرداري‌ها و اعضاي شوراي راهبردي سازمان ورزش شهرداري تهران بودند (145N=). تعداد 60 نفر از اين افراد به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. جهت روشن‌تر شدن مسير تحقيق، شاخص هاي اوليه تحقيق، از رساله دكتري نژاد سجادي(1391) استخراج، و با جمع بندي نظرات نمونه آماري، شاخص-هاي نهايي تدوين گرديد. پرسشنامه نهايي در اختيار نمونه قرار داده شد و براي تلفيق ديدگاه‌ها، تعيين اولويت، وزن دهي معيارها و زير معيارها، از مدل AHP استفاده گرديد. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد كه در اولويت بندي كلي مناظر و استراتژي هاي سازمان ورزش شهرداري، منظر مالي و منظر فرآيند داخلي به ترتيب بالاترين و پايين‌ترين اولويت را به خود اختصاص دادند. نتيجه‌گيري: به نظر مي رسد كه ورزش شهروندي بايستي در افق تعيين‌شده از نظر مالي روي پاي خود بايستد،(به عنوان اولين اولويت) و از نظر منظر داخلي در شرايط قابل قبولي است و مي تواند با داشته-هاي فعلي خود، براي تحقق اهدافش تا افق تعيين‌شده انجام‌وظيفه نمايد.(آخرين اولويت).

Objective: The purpose of this research was to identify and prioritize the perspectives and strategies in Tehran municipality sport organization using AHP model. Methodology: This study was descriptive-analytical. The statistical population included all managers of sports organization in Tehran municipality and the strategic council members of Tehran municipality Sport Organization (N=145). Sixty persons were chosen as the statistical sample. Early indicators of research were extracted from dissertation of Nejad Sajadi (2012). The final indicators were designed through the sampleʹs ideas. Final questionnaire was given to the statistical sample. AHP model was used to integrate the views and priorities as well as weight criteria and sub-criteria. Results: The results showed that in prioritization of the views and strategies of the sport in Tehran municipality, the financial perspective and the internal process perspective were the highest and lowest priority, respectively. Conclusion: It seems that the citizenship exercise should rely on itself financially (as first priority). And in terms of internal perspective, it has acceptable conditions and can fulfill his duties using its current inputs to achieve its objectives (as last priority).
