تاثير مديريت جهادي بر پيشگيري از قاچاق مواد مخدر (مورد مطالعه استان چهارمحال و بختياري در سال 92)

The Effect of Jihadist Management on Preventing Drug Trafficking (A Case Study of Chaharmahal&Bakhtiari Province; 2013)

مديريت جهادي يعني علم و هنر رهبري و كنترل فعاليت‌هاي دسته جمعي، مبتني بر مبارزه، نه صرفا در عرصه نظامي بلكه در تمامي عرصه هاي علمي، سياسي، اقتصادي، فرهنگي و ... جهت نيل به اهداف راهبردي و كلان يك سيستم و رفع موانعي كه در رسيدن به آن وجود دارد. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي تاثير ابعاد ساختاري، رفتاري و زمينه اي مديريت جهادي بر پيشگيري از قاچاق مواد مخدر در استان چهارمحال و بختياري در سال 1392 است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و از لحاظ گردآوري داده‌ها پيمايشي و از نظر روش، كمي و به شيوه همبستگي است. در اين پژوهش پرسش‌نامه اي با 30 سوال محقق‌ساخته در اختيار كاركنان پليس مبارزه با مواد مخدر و پليس پيشگيري استان چهارمحال و بختياري به عنوان ابزار اصلي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات قرار گرفت كه در قالب مقياس ترتيبي سازماندهي و سوال‌ها با پنج گزينه نظرسنجي شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه بين مديريت جهادي و ابعاد آن شامل ساختاري، رفتاري و زمينه‌اي با پيشگيري از قاچاق مواد مخدر در استان چهارمحال و بختياري رابطه معنادار و مثبتي وجود دارد (05/0 < P). همچنين وي‍ژگي‌هاي جمعيت‌شناختي پاسخگويان شامل محل خدمت، سن، تحصيلات و سابقه آنها اثري بر نتايج پژوهش نداشته است (05/0 > P).

Jihadist management means having science and art of leadership and controlling group activities based on fighting not only in military field but also in all fields of science, politics, economics and cultures (and so on) in order to achieve strategic and maingoals in a system and removing obstacles that do not allow us to reach these goals. The aim of this study was to examine the impact of structural, behavioral, and basic dimensions of Jihadist management on the prevention of drug trafficking in Chaharmahal&Bakhtiari province in the year of 2013. This study was a field and correlational study, quantitative one in method and correlation in procedure. A questionnaire with 30 questions as the major tool for data gathering was distributed among the personnelʹs of Iranian organization of drug control (Drug Enforcement Administration) and crime prevention in Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari province. This research also organized in an ordinal scale and questions were assessed on a 5-point liker scale.The results indicates that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between Jihadist management and its dimensions includes structural, behavioral, and basic dimensions and the prevention of drug trafficking in Chaharmahal&Bakhtiari. Also the demographic characteristic of respondents includes service location, education and age as well as work experience was known ineffective to the findings of this study
