ارزيابي بعضي از صفات مورفولوژيكي، زايشي و بازده اسانس سه گونه دارويي بابونه (Anthemis pseudocotula Boiss.، A. tinctoria L. و A. triumfettii L. All.) در دو تاريخ كشت

Evaluation of some vegetative and generative traits and essential oil percentage of Anthemis pseudocotula Boiss., A. tinctoria L. and A. triumfettii L. in two planting dates

بذر 8 جمعیت بابونه از 3 گونه‌ Anthemis pseudocotula Boiss.، A. tinctoria L. و A. triumfettii L. All. به‌صورت تك‌بوته در دو تاریخ اردیبهشت و تیر سال 1390 كشت گردید. طرح كرت‌های خرد شده با سه تكرار و منظور نمودن تاریخ كشت به‌عنوان فاكتور اصلی و جمعیت به‌عنوان فاكتور فرعی بر پایه طرح بلوك‌های كامل تصادفی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. هر واحد آزمایشی 6 ردیف با فاصله 50 سانتی‌متر و 10 بوته در هر ردیف با فاصله 40 سانتی‌متر را شامل بود. در طول دوره رشد صفات طول و عرض تاج پوشش، ارتفاع گیاه، تعداد گل و عملكرد سرشاخه تر و خشك و درصد اسانس جمعیت‌های 3 گونه اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس داده‌ها نشان داد كه تفاوت بین تاریخ‏های كشت (p < 0.05)، جمعیت‌ها و اثر متقابل جمعیت در تاریخ كشت معنی‌دار (p < 0.01) بود. مقایسه میانگین صفات نشان داد كه گونه‌ Anthemis pseudocotula از نظر صفات طول و عرض تاج پوشش، ارتفاع گیاه و تعداد گل نسبت به میانگین دو گونه دیگر برتری داشت. مقایسه میانگین بین جمعیت‌ها نشان داد كه جمعیت 20172 (گلستان) در بیشتر صفات رویشی از گونه Anthemis pseudocotula از دو جمعیت 20137-گلستان و 20171-یزد برتر بود. ولی جمعیت‏های گونه Anthemis tinctoria از نظر صفات رویشی و زایشی تفاوت معنی‏داری نداشت. با محاسبه درجه حرارت تجمعی رشد روزانه بین گونه‌ها و جمعیت‌های آنها مشخص شد كه درجه حرارت رشد روزانه گونه Anthemis pseudocotula كمتر از دو گونه دیگر بود، بنابر‌این زودتر از آنها به گل رفت. بازده یا درصد اسانس گونه A.tinctoria از نظر كمّی بیشتر از بازده اسانس Anthemis triumfettii و Anthemis pseudocotula بود.

Seeds of eight populations of Anthemis pseudocotula Boiss., A. tinctoria L. and A. triumfettiiL. were cultivated as single plant by using three replicated split plot design for planting date as main factor and the populations of three species as minor factor on the basis of randomized block design on two dates (May, and July). The study was conducted at Alborz Research Station in 2011. Each experimental unit included six rows with a distance of 50 cm and 10 plants per row, with a distance of 40 cm. During the growth period, the traits of crown length and width, plant height, number of flowers, fresh and dry weight were evaluated for the populations of three species. Analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences between two dates of cultivation (p<0.05), as well as among populations and their interaction effects (p<0.01) for all traits. Mean comparison of traits showed that crown length and width, plant height, number of flowers, fresh and dry weight of Anthemis pseudocotula were higher as compared to Anthemistinctoria and A. triumfettii. According to the obtained results, the vegetative and generative traits of Anthemis pseudocotula from 20172-Golestan population were superior as compared to other populations.  However, no significant differences were found for the populations of Anthemis tinctoria. Our results clearly showed that Anthemis pseudocotula had lower GDD as compared to other species and flowered earlier. The percentage of essential oil ofAnthemis tinctoria was higher thanthat ofAnthemis pseudocotulaandAnthemistriumfettii.
