Training Methods from Nahj alBalagha Regarding Interactions between Trainers and Trainees for the Promotion of the Training Plan of Shajareh Tayyebeh Salehin of Basij

روش‌ها در فرآيند تعليم و تربيت از اهميت به‌سزايي برخوردارند، كم و كيف روش‌ها به مباني و اهداف تربيت برمي‌گردد. روش تعليم و تربيت اسلامي نيز كه از جهان‌بيني اسلامي نشأت مي‌گيرد، بر خدامحوري مبتني است. لذا براي دستيابي به روش‌هاي تربيت اسلامي كه مناسب با جامعۀ اسلامي و طرح صالحين بسيج باشد، مراجعه به نهج‌البلاغه مي‌تواند از جمله بهترين گزينه‌ها باشد. هدف از اين تحقيق، استخراج و ارائۀ روش‎هاي تربيتي از نهج‌البلاغه، جهت ارتقاء "طرح صالحين بسيج" است. روش اين تحقيق به لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و با روش توصيفيتحليلي از نوع اسنادي است. براساس ادبيات موضوع، روش‌هاي ناظر بر رابطۀ تعاملي مربي و متربي (از ميان چند زمينۀ ديگر) انتخاب و روش‌هاي زير مجموعۀ آن به‌عنوان مبنا و ملاكي براي بررسي و استنباط از متن نهج‌البلاغه و مضامين آنها به‌كار گرفته شد. بر اين اساس داده‌هاي تحقيق به ترتيب اولويت و تناسب با طرح صالحين عبارتند از: روش‌هاي الگو، محبت، موعظه، مشاركت و مشورت، پرسش و پاسخ و تسهيل و آسان‌گيري. روش‌هاي فوق در نتيجه‌گيري و پيشنهادها جهت ارتقاء طرح صالحين ارائه گرديده‌اند.

Methods play significant roles in Educational processes. The quality and quantity of methods depend on the principles and goals of training, and they themselves depend on worldview and philosophical notions such as ontology, epistemology, axiology, and anthropology. Derived from Islamic worldview, the Islamic education is based on Godorientedness, opposed to secularism which is based on humanorientedness. Hence, reference to Nahj alBalagha can be one the best options for devising Islamic training methods fitting Islamic community and its institutions. This research was intended to devise a training method derived from Nahj alBalagha for the promotion of the plan for “Salehin of Basij”. The main question is: “What kind of methods can be derived from Nahj alBalagha for promoting “Salehin of Basij?” This applied research follows a descriptiveanalytic method with documentation approach. According to the related literature, methods relating to interaction between trainers and trainees were selected and their underlying approaches were considered as criteria for evaluation and deriving the methods from Nahj alBalagha. The results indicated that the following issues gained priorities and appropriateness for “Salehin of Basij”. Methods: modelling, sympathy, giving advice, sharing and consultation, question and answer, facilitation and simplicity.
