تحليل استراتژي هاي توسعه اكوتوريسم پايداردر تفرجگاه هاي پيرامون شهري با استفاده از رهيافت تلفيقي SWOT-ANP(مطالعه موردي: تفرجگاه دره كنگ)

سرعت نوآوری‌های فنّاورانه سبب شكل‌گیری تحولات اجتماعی و پدیدار شدن اوقات فراغت به عنوان یكی از نیازمندی‌های اساسی شده است. این امر توسعه صنعت گردشگری و تفرجگاه‌های پیراشهری به عنوان مقصد گردشگری در مقیاس خرد را در پی داشته است. در این میان، دره كنگ با توجه به تنوع و غنای طبیعی و فرهنگی آن در شهرستان بینالود می‌تواند مورد توجه و جذب گردشگران قرار گیرد. هدف این پژوهش تعیین مناسب‌ترین استراتژی برای توسعه اكوتوریسم در دره كنگ است. پژوهش حاضر، از لحاظ هدف به روش كاربردی و از حیث شیوه مطالعه به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی شكل گرفته است. شیوه جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به صورت كتابخانه‌ای و مطالعات میدانی از نوع پیمایشی (مصاحبه و پرسشنامه) كه تعداد 55 پرسشنامه بین صاحب‌نظران دانشگاهی و اجرایی توزیع گردید. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از رهیافت تلفیقی SWOT و ANP استفاده شده است. از آنجایی كه مدل سوآت عوامل تحلیل را به صورت درونی (نقاط قوت و نقاط ضعف) و بیرونی (فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها) طبقه‌بندی می‌كند و نتایج آن اغلب فقط لیست ناقصی از عوامل درونی و بیرونی است، به همین دلیل نمی‌تواند به طور جامع فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری استراتژیك را ارزیابی كند. از این رو در این پژوهش، جهت رفع نواقص مدل SWOT از تكنیك ANP استفاده شده است كه در واقع، فرآیند تحلیل شبكه بین نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها وابستگی برقرار می‌كند. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق، مناسب‌ترین استراتژی برای توسعه اكوتوریسم در تفرجگاه دره كنگ، استراتژی SO (ایجاد هماهنگی در بین ادارات و نهادها و بخش‌های مختلف مرتبط با امر اكوتوریسم و توسعه منابع و جاذبه‌های فرهنگی و طبیعی گردشگری و اشتغال‌زایی در تفرجگاه دره كنگ) با وزن 746/0 می‌باشد. ضمن اینكه استراتژی WO با وزن 494/0 به عنوان استراتژی جایگزین مطرح است.

Methodology: In this study of compilation approach, the most appropriate strategy for the SWOT-ANP to determine the development of ecotourism in the Valley of the Kong. Since the analysis model of inner factors of SWOT (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) and classified its results often list only listing of the inner and outer factors, and therefore cannot fully assess comprehensive strategic decision making process. Discussion: Hence this research, SWOT model to fix shortcomings of the technique of ANP. In fact, the process of analysis of the network between the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats can establish dependency. The present article, in terms of the objective applied methods and terms of their analytical descriptive study-style. Method of data collection for field studies, library and type of work (interviews and questionnaire) and a theoretical framework as well as with the use of the documents is done. Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, the most appropriate strategy for the development of ecotourism in the promenade of the Valley Kong, strategy SO (coordination between the various departments and institutions and the development of ecotourism and resources associated with it and the natural and cultural attractions of tourism and job creation in the Valley of the Kong promenade) with a weight of 0.746. While the strategy WO weighing alternative strategy as 0.494.
