بررسي ‏رابطه ‏بين ‏هوش ‏هيجاني ‏و ‏سازگاري ‏اجتماعي ‏دانشجويان

The ‏Relationship ‏between ‏Emotional ‏Intelligence ‏and ‏Social ‏Adjustment ‏of ‏Students

سازگاري ‏اجتماعي ‏در ‏نوجوانان ‏به عنوان ‏مهم ترين ‏نشانه ي ‏سلامت ‏روان ‏است ‏كه ‏عواملي ‏متعددي ‏نظير ‏هوش ‏هيجاني ‏در ‏ايجاد ‏و ‏تقويت ‏آن ‏مؤثر ‏هستند. ‏اين ‏پژوهش ‏با ‏هدف ‏سنجش ‏رابطه ي ‏بين ‏هوش ‏هيجاني ‏و ‏سازگاري ‏اجتماعي ‏دانشجويان ‏با ‏روش ‏پيمايشي ‏انجام ‏گرفته ‏و‏ ‏پرسشنامه هاي ‏استاندارد ‏بين ‏407 ‏نفر ‏از ‏دانشجويان ‏دانشگاه ‏يزد ‏با ‏روش ‏نمونه گيري ‏تصادفي ‏ساده ‏توزيع ‏شده ‏است. ‏نتايج ‏آزمون ‏پيرسون ‏رابطه ي ‏بين ‏متغير ‏هوش ‏هيجاني ‏و ‏تمام ‏متغيرهاي ‏هوش ‏هيجاني ‏با ‏سازگاري ‏اجتماعي ‏را ‏تأييد ‏كرده ‏و ‏تحليل ‏رگرسيون ‏گام ‏به ‏گام ‏نيز ‏تا ‏چهار ‏گام ‏پيش ‏رفته ‏است. ‏متغيرهاي ‏تأثيرگذار ‏مجموعاً ‏35 ‏درصد ‏از ‏واريانس ‏سازگاري ‏اجتماعي ‏دانشجويان ‏را ‏تببين ‏نمودند. ‏با ‏توجه ‏به ‏نظريات ‏بار ‏ـ اُن، ‏ديدگاه ‏پديدارشناسي ‏و ‏نظريات ‏راجرز، ‏رابطه ي ‏مستقيم ‏بين ‏هوش ‏هيجاني ‏و ‏سازگاري ‏اجتماعي ‏دانشجويان ‏ديده ‏شد ‏و ‏مشخص ‏گرديد، ‏تقويت ‏هوش ‏هيجاني ‏در ‏مقاطع ‏مختلف، ‏باعث ‏سازگاري ‏بيشتر ‏با ‏محيط ‏و ‏اطرافيان ‏مي‏شود.

Social ‏adjustment ‏in ‏adolescents ‏is ‏as ‏the ‏most ‏important ‏symptom ‏of ‏their ‏health ‏which ‏some ‏factors ‏like ‏Likewise ‏Emotional ‏Intelligence ‏effective ‏in ‏its ‏creation .This ‏study ‏aimed ‏to ‏measure ‏the ‏relationship ‏between ‏emotional ‏intelligence ‏and ‏social ‏adjustment ‏among ‏student ‏with ‏the ‏survey ‏method ‏and ‏407 ‏students ‏of ‏Yazd ‏University ‏were ‏selected ‏by ‏using ‏simple ‏random ‏sampling ‏and ‏standard ‏questionnaires ‏were ‏distributed. ‏Findings ‏of ‏Pearson ‏correlation ‏shows ‏the ‏relationship ‏between ‏Emotional ‏Intelligence ‏and ‏the ‏step ‏by ‏step ‏regression ‏go ‏forward ‏to ‏four ‏step ‏and ‏its ‏results ‏showed ‏that ‏are ‏able ‏to ‏explain ‏35% ‏social ‏adjustment ‏of ‏students. ‏The ‏results ‏of ‏this ‏study's ‏findings ‏according ‏to ‏BarOn, ‏phenomenology ‏and ‏Rogers ‏theories ‏suggest ‏that ‏there ‏is ‏direct ‏relation ‏between ‏emotional ‏intelligence ‏and ‏it ‏was ‏found ‏that ‏social ‏adjustment ‏among ‏the ‏students ‏and ‏reinforcement ‏of ‏the ‏emotional ‏intelligence ‏in ‏different ‏degrees ‏due ‏to ‏higher ‏adjustment ‏to ‏environment ‏and ‏friends.
