بررسي عوامل اقتصادي ـ اجتماعي و زمينه‌اي مؤثر بر ميزان مشاركت شهروندان در حوزه امور شهري مرتبط با شهرداري

Investigation on Influential Social and Economic Factors on Citizen's Participation in Urban Affairs Related to Municipality

هدف پژوهش، بررسي عوامل اقتصادي ـ اجتماعي و زمينه‏اي مؤثر بر ميزان مشاركت شهروندان در حوزه‏ي امور شهري مرتبط با شهرداري در بين شهروندان بالاي 18 سال ساكن شهر شوشتر است. در اين تحقيق به‏ ابعاد مشاركت شهروندان و عوامل آن پرداخته شده‏است. مباني نظري تحقيق حاضر بر پايه ي ديدگاه هاي روانشناختي و جامعه شناختي مشاركت استوار است. روش تحقيق، روش پيمايشي است؛ همچنين در اين تحقيق از مطالعه‏ي اسناد و مدارك و منابع كتابخانه‏اي استفاده شده و به‏منظور جمع‏آوري اطلاعات از ابزار «پرسشنامه ي ساخت يافته» بهره گرفته شده‏است. در اين تحقيق، از روش نمونه‏گيري خوشه‏اي استفاده شده و حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول كوكران 373 نفر تعيين شد. بر اساس نتايج حاصل از تحقيق، بين متغيرهاي مستقل رضايتمندي شهروندان، اعتماد اجتماعي، احساس تعلق اجتماعي، آگاهي شهروندان و درآمد با متغير وابسته ي ميزان مشاركت رابطه ي معني داري وجود دارد و جهت رابطه ها مثبت و مستقيم است. بعبارت ديگر هر چقدر ميزان رضايتمندي، اعتماد، آگاهي، احساس تعلق و درآمد شهروندان بالا برود ميزان مشاركت هم بيشتر مي‏شود. يافته ها تفاوت ميزان مشاركت را در بين شاغلين و غير شاغلين تأييد مي‏كند و همچنين ميانگين نمره ي مشاركت اجتماعي در طبقات مختلف به لحاظ آماري و بر اساس مقدار F معني دار مي‏باشد و ميزان مشاركت در طبقات متوسط و بالا بيشتر است ضمن اينكه مدت زمان سكونت در محل، متغير بسيار مهمي ‏است كه معني دار است به گونه‏اي كه هر چه مدت زمان سكونت در محل بيشتر باشد، ميزان مشاركت اجتماعي شهروندان بيشتر مي‏شود.

The research aims to study about influential social and economic factors on citizens participation in urban affairs related to municipality among citizens who are older than 18 years and are resident in Shoushtar. It is about citizen's participation dimensions and its factors. Its theoretical literature is based on psychological and sociological perspectives. Research method is survey. Also documents and library sources and structured questionnaire as information gathering instrument have been used. Cluster sampling method has been used and 373 have been determined as population sample by using Cochran formula. Findings show that there are positive, direct and significant relationship between citizen's satisfaction, social trust, feeling of social belonging, and citizen's awareness and income as independent variables and dependent one. On the other hand, the more satisfaction, trust, awareness, feeling of belonging and citizens income, the more citizens participation. The findings approve the different participation between employed and unemployed. Also, the average score of social participation among different classes statistically and based on F test is significant. That is, rate of participation in middle and upper classes are more, meanwhile, the period of residency in city is so important variable so that the more period of residency in city, the more citizens social participation.
