The Innovative Design of Baccalaureate School Health Curriculum

زمينه و هدف: دانشآموزان از سرمايه هاي عمده انساني هر جامعه محسوب ميگردند و توجه به سلامت آنها نوعي سرمايه گذاري براي آينده قلمداد ميگردد. يكي از راه هاي مؤثر در ارتقاي بهداشت دانش آموزان، تربيت مربيان بهداشت مدارس در نظام آموزش عالي است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحي و تدوين و ارائه سرفصل برنامه درسي دوره كارشناسي پيوسته بهداشت مدارس انجام گرفته است. مواد و روش كار: اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش كيفي بوده است. جامعه پژوهش مجموع افكار متخصصاني است كه در حوزه بهداشت مدارس و برنامه درسي اظهار نظر كرده اند و اين افكار در قالب اسناد و مدارك نمود داشته است و نيز شامل كليه متخصصان برنامه درسي و متخصصان بهداشت شاغل در تهران بوده است. نمونه پژوهش در زمينه اسناد و مدارك پيرامون برنامه درسي و بهداشت مدارس (اعم از داخلي و خارجي) و نيز انتخاب 12 تن از متخصصان برنامه درسي و متخصصان بهداشت به صورت هدفمند است. ابزار پژوهش شامل اسناد و مدارك پيرامون برنامه درسي و بهداشت مدارس و مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته با متخصصان برنامه درسي و متخصصان بهداشت مدارس بوده است. يافته ها: يافته ها نشان داد كه الگوي پيشنهادي برنامه درسي كارشناسي پيوسته بهداشت مدارس با دربرگرفتن عناصر كليدي برنامه درسي (اهداف، محتوا، روشهاي تدريس و ارزشيابي) متناسب با نظام آموزش عالي كشور است و ميتواند زمينه تربيت مربيان بهداشت مدارس را فراهم آورد. نتيجه گيري: با راهاندازي دوره كارشناسي پيوسته بهداشت مدارس در نظام آموزش عالي، ضمن يك اقدام جديد در جهت تربيت مربي بهداشت براي مدارس، امكان رشد بهداشت فردي و اجتماعي دانشآموزان ميسّر مي گردد.

Background & Objectives: Students are one of the main human capitals of societies. Therefore, paying attention to their health is considered as a new investment in future. One of the effective ways to improve the health of students is training of school health educators in higher education system. The current study aimed to design, develop, and provide curriculum topics in the continuous undergraduate of school health. Material & Methods: This study was a qualitative applied research. The study population were included all the ideas of professionals in the field of school health and curriculum. These opinions have been shown in the form of documents. Study population also includes all curriculum planners and school health specialists who were working in the ministry of education, in Tehran. The targeted sample was included the curriculum and school health records (both internal and external), as well as a choice of 12 curriculum specialists and school health experts. The research tools were curriculum documents and school health and semistructured interviews which were performed by the curriculum specialists and school health professionals. Results: The results showed that the curriculum model of Baccalaureate school health, with key elements including the curriculum (objectives, content, teaching methods and evaluation) is in line with the countrys higher education system, and it can prepare the condition to train school health educators. Conclusion: Commissioning of Baccalaureate school health in higher education system is not only a new way to train the health educator for schools, but also prepares the possible growth of students personal and social health.
