نقش واسطه‌اي خود‌‌نظم‌جويي رفتاري در رابطه بين سبك‌هاي هويت و ابراز وجود

The Mediating Role of Behavioral Self Regulation in Relation of Identity Styles and Assertiveness

در اين پژوهش در چهارچوب مدلي علّي، نقش پيش‌آيندي سبك هاي هويت در ابراز وجود با واسطه اي خود‌‌نظم‌جويي رفتاري بررسي شد. بدين منظور 265 نفر از دانش‌آموزان دبيرستاني شهر ابركوه (121 دختر ، 144 پسر) به شيوه خوشه‌اي تصادفي چندمرحله‌اي انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري داده‌ها از سياهه تجديد نظرشده سبك‌هاي هويت برزونسكي (وايت و ديگران، 1998)، پرسشنامه خود‌‌نظم‌جويي رفتاري (براون، ميلر، و لواندوسكي، 1999) و پرسشنامه ابراز وجود (گمبريل و ريجي، 1975) استفاده شد. مدل پيشنهادي پژوهش با استفاده از تحليل مسير آزمون شد و براي سنجش معناداري اثرات غيرمستقيم متغيرهاي رابطه‌اي، روش نمونه‌برداري‌هاي مكرر خودراه‌انداز به كار رفت. نتايج حاكي از تأييد نقش واسطه‌اي خود‌‌نظم‌جويي رفتاري بود. يافته‌ها نشان دادند كه سبك اطلاعاتي به‌صورت مستقيم و غير‌مستقيم و تعهد هويت به‌صورت غير‌مستقيم با نقش واسطه‌اي خود‌‌نظم‌جويي رفتاري پيش‌بيني كننده مثبت و معنادار ابراز وجود و سبك سردرگم‎اجتنابي با نقش واسطه‌اي خود‌‌نظم‌جويي رفتاري پيش‌‌بيني كننده‌ منفي و غير‌مستقيم ابراز وجود است. خود‌‌نظم‌جويي رفتاري نيز به‌صورت مثبت و معنا دار ابراز وجود را پيش بيني كرد. يافته ها بر مبناي كاربردها در آموزش والدين و افزايش امكان ابراز وجود در دانش آموزان بحث شد.

T The present study investigateda causal model of identity styles in predicting assertiveness through behavioral self regulation. Two hundred and sixty five students (121 girls, 144 boys) were selected from high schools of Abarkuh, Yazd using multistage cluster sampling method. The participants completed the revised Berzonsky Identity Styles Inventory (White et al., 1998), the Behavioral Self regulation Questionnaire (Brown, Miller, & Lawendowski, 1999), and the Assertiveness Questionnaire (Gambrill & Richey, 1975). The hypothetical model was tested by path analysis and the significance of the mediating effects were assessed by Bootstrap method. The results supported the mediating role of behavioral self regulation. The results indicated that the informational style positively and significantly predicted assertiveness directly and indirectly through behavioral selfregulation. Identity commitment positively and significantly predicted assertiveness through behavioral selfregulation. Diffuseavoidant style negatively and significantly predicted assertiveness through behavioral selfregulation. Behavioral self – regulation was a significant and positive predictor of assertiveness. The findings were discussed in terms of their applications to parents’ education and assertiveness enhancement in students.
