بررسي نوع و ميزان مشاركت روستاييان در طرح هادي روستايي: مطالعه موردي روستاي سنگستان همدان

Assessing the Level and Type of Rural People’s Participation in Rural Guide Plan: A Case Study of Sangestan, Hamedan County of Iran

پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسي نوع و ميزان مشاركت مردم در طرح هادي روستايي در شهرستان همدان، به شيوه تحقيقات پيمايشي انجام شد. جامعه آماري تحقيق را مردان روستاي سنگستان تشكيل مي‏دادند كه از آن ميان، با استفاده از رابطه كوكران، 150 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه و به شيوه نمونه‏گيري تصادفي نظام مند انتخاب شدند. علاوه بر مطالعات كتابخانه اي و اسنادي و مشاهدات منظم، پرسشنامه مهم ترين ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات بود. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه متغيرهاي سطح سواد، منبع درآمد خانوار، تمايل به ماندگاري در روستا، و انگيزه مشاركت در طرح هادي روستايي با سطح و ميزان مشاركت رابطه معني دار دارند. همچنين، بر پايه نتايج تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه، متغيرهاي انگيزه مشاركت در طرح هادي، منبع درآمد خانوار و تمايل به ماندگاري در روستا تاثير معني دار بر ميزان مشاركت آنها در مراحل مختلف طرح هادي روستايي داشتند؛ و در مجموع، 9/86 درصد از تغييرات ميزان مشاركت روستاييان در طرح هادي روستايي را پيش بيني كردند. در ارتباط با سطح مشاركت در طرح، مشاركت مردم بيشتر از نوع مشورتي و اطلاع دهي و انگيزه و مشوق هاي ماديبود؛ و به‏ طور كلي، سطح مشاركت روستاييان در حد متوسط ارزيابيشد.

This study aimed at assessing the level and type of rural people’s participation in Rural Guide Plan (RGP) in the village of Sangestan in Hamedan county of Iran. It was conducted in a survey method. The main tool of this research was a questionnaire and its statistical population consisted of 483 men in the village; among them, 150 people were selected as target sample by using Cochran formula. Study findings showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of rural people’s participation and some independent variables like participants’ education level, income, tendency to stay in village and motivating to participate in the RGP. Also, the result of multiple regressions indicated that three independent variables including participants’ income, tendency to stay in village and motivating to participate in the RGP had impact on the level of rural people’s participation in the RGP. Totally, these three variables explained 86.3 percent of variation in the dependent variable. Based on the study results, the level of rural people’s participation in the RGP was about average rate and participation type was mainly advisory with financial incentives and motivations.
