Allocation of Book to Sunna

تبيين كتاب الهي، يكي از رسالت‌هاي عمده‌اي است كه سنّت در قبال قرآن عهده‌دار است؛ ولي در مورد تخصيص كتاب به سنّت، اختلاف بسيار است. تخصيص كتاب به سنّت قطعي، مورد وفاق همه انديشمندان خاصه و جمهور عامه است؛ ولي در مورد تخصيص كتاب به خبر واحد، نظرها گوناگون است. برخي ازآنجاكه دليل خاص را بيانگر و مفسر عام مي‌انگارند، ارائه مقصود را در دو مرحله از كلام، در قالب دو گزاره عام و خاص، امري كاملاً عرفي و قابل‌پذيرش مي‌دانند؛ ولي برخي اين امر را با توجه به جايگاه قرآن و قطعي‌بودن آن، موجه نمي‌انگارند و بر اين باورند كه دليلي بر شمول ادله حجيت خبر واحد نسبت به خبر واحدي كه در قبال دليل قطعي قرار گيرد، وجود ندارد. در اين مقال بر آنيم به‌تفصيل، دلايل اين دو ديدگاه عمده را بررسي كنيم.

Explanation of the divine book is a great responsibility of the Sunna to the Quran. But there are many controversies about the allocation of book to the Sunna. All religious scholars in particular and the people in general agree on the allocation of book to the definite Sunna, but there are different views on allocation of book to a tradition with a single transmitter. Since in the view of some scholars a particular reason is the indicator and interpreter of the general ones, they consider giving the intention in two stages of speech in the form of two general and particular propositions as a completely customary and acceptable matter. While others do not consider it reasonable and believe that there is no reason to generalize evidences of authenticity of a single tradition to a single tradition given for definite evidence. The present research aims to study in detail the arguments for these two main views.
