ارائه مدل جامع مؤلفه‌هاي مديريت ريسك زنجيره تأمين : رويكرد فراتركيب

Presentation the Comprehensive Model of Supply Chain Risk Management Dimensions: MetaSynthesis Approach

وجود ريسك در زنجيره تأمين صنايع مختلف و مديريت صحيح آن در دو دهه اخير مورد توجه محققان بسياري قرار گرفته است.هدف اين تحقيق آن است كه ابعاد و مؤلفه هاي مختلف اين پديده مورد شناسايي و واكاوي قرار گرفته و از طريق تحليل محتواي آن، طبقه بندي و اولويت بندي مناسبي صورت گيرد. براي اين منظور با استفاده از فراتركيب، نتايج و دستاوردهاي تحقيقات پيشين مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. از بين 401 مقاله يافت شده بين سالهاي 2000 تا 2014 تنها 75 مقاله براي تجزيه و تحليل انتخاب شد. در نهايت جنبه هاي مختلف مديريت ريسك زنجيره تأمين در قالب پنج بعد اصلي، هفده بعد فرعي و يكصد و بيست و چهار كد مشخصه طبقه بندي گرديد. سپس با استفاده از آنتروپي شانون جايگاه و تأثير هر يك از كد مشخصه ها مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه مهمترين ريسك هاي زنجيره تأمين با توجه به تحليل محتواي صورت گرفته شامل ريسك هاي تأمين، تقاضا، اطلاعات، محصول و انعطاف پذيري و مهم ترين استراتژي هاي كاهنده ريسك شامل بكارگيري چندين تأمين كننده، مشاركت و همكاري، استراتژي تأمين و محصول منعطف مي باشد.

Emerging of risk is considered in various industrial supply chain in the last two decades. Many scientists in this field concentrate on proper managing of these risks. This research is aimed at identification and exploration the dimensions and factors of this phenomena by content analysis. Then classification and prioritization of these dimensions and risks are done. In order to analyze the previous literature, the metasynthesis model which developed by Sandolowski and Barroso were utilized. We found 401 papers from 2000 to 2014 and eventually by using some criteria 75 ones were selected to further investigation. Results show that different aspects of supply chain risk management were categorized in five main dimensions,17 subdimensions and 124 related codes which presented those dimensions and subdimensions. Finally, the influence of codes in each dimension was evaluated and prioritized by using Shannon Entropy. This research conclusion indicates that the most important risks based on content analysis include: supply risk, demand risk, information risk, product risk and flexibility risk. Moreover the most important risk reduction strategies that practitioner could employ to eliminate risk factors and their outcomes are multiple supplier, cooperation between partners, flexibility in supply and product.
