اثربخشي مداخله تركيبي طرحواره درماني و درمان دلبستگي با مادران داراي طرحواره هاي ناسازگار اوليه و سبك دلبستگي ناايمن، بر مشكلات رفتاري كودكان

The Effectiveness of Combination Intervention of Schema therapy and Attachmentbased Therapy for Early Maladaptive Schemas and Insecurely Attached Style Mothers, On Children’s Behavioral Problems and ParentChild Relationships

مقدمه: اين مطالعه به بررسي اثر بخشي درمان تركيبي طرحواره درماني و درمان دلبستگي با مادران داراي طرحواره هاي ناسازگار اوليه و سبك دلبستگي ناايمن ، و مشكلات رفتاري كودكان پرداخت. روش: اين پژوهش از نوع مطالعه تك آزمودني طرح هاي تجربي ABA و نمونه گيري هدفمند بود. از بين مراجعه كنندگان به دفتر مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختي  وابسته به مركز بهزيستي توانبخشي 6  مادر كه فرزند آنها مشكلات رفتاري داشتند و اين مادران نيز طرحواره هاي ناسازگار و سبك دلبستگي ناايمن دارا بودند با ترتيب تصادفي و به صورت پله اي وارد مطالعه شدند. اندازه گيري با استفاده از پرسشنامه طرحواره هاي ناسازگار اوليه يونگ ، مقياس تجارب مربوط به روابط نزديك و پرسشنامه اختلالات رفتاري راتر انجام شد. هر يك از مادران 20 جلسه درمان تركيبي طرحواره درماني و درمان دلبستگي را دريافت كردند. يافته ها: ميزان كاهش نشانه هاي مشكلات رفتاري كودكان نسبت به خط پايه از 81/2 درصد تا 57/27 درصد بود. به طور كل نمرات شدت علائم مشكلات رفتاري كودكان كه توسط آزمودني ها گزارش شد در مرحله مداخله و پيگيري نسبت به خط پايه كاهش يافت. نتيجه گيري: مداخله انجام شده با مادران در كاهش مشكلات رفتاري كودكان موثر بود ولي ميزان كاهش علائم در آزمودني هاي مختلف متفاوت بود.

Introduction: The present study analyzed the effectiveness of combination therapy of schema therapy and attachment based therapy for the early maladaptive schema and insecurely attached style mothers and childrens behavioral problems. Method: the study was single subject of ABA experimental designs and purposive sampling. 6 mothers whose their children had behavioral problems were selected among the clients who referred to the psychological counseling services related to the rehabilitation welfare center. These mothers were posses maladaptive schemas and insecurely attached style. They were selected randomly and in step. The measurement was done by using Young early maladaptive schema questionnaire, Experiences in Close Relationships Scale and Ratter behavioral disorders questionnaire. Each mother received combination therapy of schema therapy and attachmentbased therapy for 20 sessions. Results: reducing the childrens signs of behavioral problems compared to the baseline was from 2.81percent to 27.57   percent. Generally, childrens behavioral problems severity scores reported by the subjects were decreased in compare to the baseline in intervention and followup levels. Conclusion: the intervention with mothers was effective in decreasing childrens behavioral problems, however; the rate of decreasing the signs was different in various subjects.
