بررسي قابليت هاي سيستم هاي الكترونيكي مديريت پرونده هاي پزشكي در شركت هاي بيمه

Potentialities of Medical Records Management Electronic Systems in Insurance Companies

زمینه و هدف: سازمان ها باید انواع اطلاعات مورد نیاز را جمع آوری، پردازش و تحلیل كرده آن ها را به مدیران و افراد دهند. یكی از این موارد، مدیریت اسناد و پرونده‌های پزشكی در شركت‌های بیمه است. هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی و تعیین قابلیت‌های سیستم الكترونیكی مدیریت پروندهای پزشكی در شركت های بیمه است.  روش بررسی: در این مطالعه ی كاربردی مقطعی، برای بررسی قابلیت های سیستم های الكترونیكی مدیریت اسناد پزشكی تمام شركت های بیمه خصوصی و دولتی گرگان، سیستم های موجود در شركت های بیمه، به كمك چك لیست پژوهشگر ساخته و از طریق مشاهده بررسی شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج، از آمار توصیفی(فراوانی، درصد) استفاده شد.  یافته ها: در قابلیت ثبت و ورود اطلاعات، سهم شركت بیمه و میزان كسورات ۹۲% بود و از نقاط ضعف آن، عدم استفاده از ایمیل بود. در قابلیت جستجو، ذخیره و بازیابی، جستجو بر اساس نام اشخاص بالاترین درصد(۱۰۰) را داشت. قابلیت امنیت، یكی از قابلیت های مورد توجه نرم افزارهای شركت های بیمه بود. در بخش گزارش گیری، ۹۲% امكان گزارش گیری از تعداد عناوین اسناد پزشكی وجود داشت. نبود قابلیت مدیریت اسناد الكترونیكی و فیزیكی با روش  (check–out  (14% بود. از دیگر نقاط ضعف نرم افزارها، عدم امكان مدیریت نسخه های مختلف سند(۱۴%) بود.     نتیجه گیری: نرم افزارهای مشاهده شده در شركت های بیمه از نظر قابلیت های عملكردی دارای نقاط قوت(قابلیت امنیت) و ضعف(قابلیت طبقه بندی و نمایه سازی) هستند. با استفاده از قابلیت های مذكور در نرم افزارهای موجود، می توان به ارتقای مدیریت اسناد و پرونده های پزشكی در نرم افزارهای موجود در شركت های بیمه پرداخت. 

Background and Aim: Organizations must collect, process and analyze different types of necessary information and give them to managers and other individuals. Such information includes the management of medical records and documents in insurance companies. This study aims to evaluate the potentialities of medical records management electronic systems in such companies. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional applied research, the systems existing in insurance companies were checked using researcher-made checklists to study the capabilities of medical records management electronic systems in all governmental and private insurance companies of Gorgan. For data-analysis, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage) was used. Results: In data register and entry, the share of insurance companies as well as the amount of deductions was 92%. In the ability to search, store and retrieve, the search based on the names of persons had the highest percentage (100%). Security was one of the features considered in the software of insurance companies. In the reporting section, the possibility to report the titles of medical documents was 92%. Lack of physical and electronic documents manageability through check-out method was 14%.  Conclusion: In terms of functional capabilities, softwares observed in insurance companies have both strong points (security feature) and weak points (classification and indexing capabilities). The management of medical records and documents can be enhanced in the softwares of insurance companies by using the mentioned capabilities of the existing softwares.
