بررسي موانع به كارگيري فناوري اطلاعات در تربيت بدني آموزش و پرورش (نمونه موردي: مناطق محروم كشور)

( Examining barriers of development information technology in teaching Physical Education ( case study : Deprived areas of the country

هدف از مقاله حاضر بررسي موانع به كارگيري فناوري اطلاعات در تربيت بدني آموزش و پرورش در مناطق محروم كشور مي باشد. روش تحقيق حاضر پيمايشي از نوع كاربردي بوده كه به شكل ميداني انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل تمامي معلمان ورزش و مديران مدارس دولتي در مناطق محروم كشور مي باشد كه از اين بين تعداد 2304 نفر به عنوان نمونه تحقيق مشخص گرديدند. پرسشنامه تحقيق حاضر، پرسشنامه محقق ساخت اي بود كه روايي صوري و سازه و همچنين پايايي آن مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي تحقيق حاضر از روش هاي آماري تحليل عاملي اكتشافي و تحليل مسير به وسيله نرم افزارهاي SPSS و AMOS استفاده گرديد. نتايج تحليل عاملي نشان داد كه در كل 5 مانع حدود 72 درصد از واريانس ها را شامل مي شدند. نتايج تحقيق حاضر نشان داد كه موانع فرهنگي با تاثير 587/0 بيشترين تاثير بر عدم به كارگيري فناوري اطلاعات در تربيت بدني آموزش و پرورش در مناطق محروم كشور را دارا بود. بنابراين با توجه به ضرورت گسترش فناوري اطلاعات در نظام آموزشي توصيه مي گردد كه مباحث مربوط به فرهنگ سازي مورد توجه مسئولان قرار گيرد.

This paper aims to study the barriers of using information technology in teaching Physical Education in Deprived areas. In terms of methodology, the study is an applied survey research that was carried out in the form of field study. The population of the study consists of all sport teachers and School administrators in deprived areas that 2034 people of them were chosen as the research sample. The research instrument was a researcher - made questionnaire that its face and structural validity and reliability were evaluated. The result data were analyzed through using statistical methods of exploratory factor analysis and path analysis by SPSS and AMOS software. Factor analysis results showed that, in general, five factors accounted for about 72% of the variances. The results of the present study showed that all of barriers had significant impact on using information technology in teaching Physical Education on Deprived areas. The results showed that Cultural barriers had the highest impact (0.587) on using information technology in teaching Physical Education in Deprived areas. Thus, based on the necessity of information technology development in the educational system,cultural matters is highly recommended being taken in consideration by the authorities and government.
