Persian Language Seats and Stable Political Relations between Iran and Italy

براساس نظريه سازه انگاري در روابط بين الملل، زبان از مولفه هاي هويتي و بازتاب دهنده فرهنگ يك ملت بوده، در صورت تشابه يا فهم آن توسط ملل ديگر، عامل مهمي در نزديكي ملت هاست. باتوجه به جايگاه زبان فارسي و فرهنگ ايران درايتاليا، روابط سياسي و مناسبات بين ايران و ايتاليا نيز قابل توجه است. بررسي نسبت بين كرسي هاي زبان فارسي و مناسبات سياسي پايدار ايران و ايتاليا، نشان دهنده ارتباطي معنادار است. مقاله حاضر، سعي دارد تاثير ظرفيت هاي موجود فرهنگي را برمناسبات سياسي مطالعه و با روش توصيفي و تحليلي، اطلاعات لازم را از طريق پرسشنامه و مصاحبه جمع آوري نمايد و اهميت مولفه ها و شاخص هاي تاثيرگذار، در شكل گيري روابط و مناسبات پايدار ميان ايران و ايتاليا را بررسي كند. نتيجه آن اين گزاره است كه: سياستمداران ايران شناس ايتاليايي كه به سبب زبان فارسي با فرهنگ ايران آشنا شده اند، در روابط سياسي دوكشور موثر بوده اند.

The theory of constructivism in international relations considers language as one of the determinant of identity. Language reflects the culture of a nation. When there is similarity of this element with other nations it can bring them closer to each other. Taking into consideration the place of Persian language and Iranian culture in Italy it has close impact on political relations and ties between Iran and Italy. There are close relations between the seat of Persian language and durable relations between Iran and Italy. The present article wants to examine the impact of cultural potentials on political relations. The paper makes use of descriptive-analytical approach and the collection of data is by interview and questionnaire. In this ways the paper examines the importance of the influencing factors and determinants in shaping the durable relations and ties between the two countries. The finding of the study shows that Italian Iranologist politicians who have acquainted themselves with Iranian culture through Persian language have significant influence on stable political relations of the two countries.
