بررسي عوامل اجتماعي و فرهنگي موثر بر انضباط رانندگي شهرستان هاي اردكان و ميبد

The study of social and cultural factors affecting on drivers 9 driving discipline in the cities of Ardakan and Meibod (step toward providing analytical model)

زمينه و هدف: در دنياي امروز، انضباط رانندگي يك مسئله اجتماعي مهم و جلوه اي از انضباط اجتماعي محسوب مي شود. رعايت قوانين و مقررات رانندگي از طرف رانندگان به تحكيم انضباط رانندگي و به تبع آن انضباط اجتماعي كمك مي كند. در اين مقاله ضمن ارائه تعريفي از مفهوم انضباط رانندگي و ابعاد و مولفه هاي آن، مهم ترين عوامل اجتماعي و فرهنگي موثر بر انضباط رانندگي موردبررسي قرار گرفته و مدل تحليلي عوامل تاثيرگذار معرفي مي گردد. روش: اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي – تحليلي است و با روش پيمايشي انجام گرفته است. نمونه تحقيق، 384 نفر از شهروندان 18 تا 64 ساله شهرهاي اردكان و ميبد است كه داراي خودرو بوده و رانندگي مي كنند. روش نمونه گيري اين تحقيق، خوشه اي چندمرحله اي متناسب و داده ها از طريق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته گردآوري شده است. اعتبار پرسشنامه با اعتبار صوري و پايايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش محاسبه آلفاي كرونباخ 0/71 محاسبه شد. براي توصيف داده ها از آماره هاي (ميانگين و ميانه) و در بررسي فرضيات از آزمون هاي تي مستقل، تحليل واريانس، همبستگي و تحليل رگرسيون استفاده شد و تجزيه وتحليل ها در محيط نرم افزار اس پي اس اس نسخه 19 انجام شد. يافته ها: نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه 0/23 درصد از واريانس و تغييرات در انضباط رانندگي را مي توان با متغيرهاي موجود در مدل تحقيق شامل جنسيت، سن، وضعيت تاهل، تعداد سال هاي رانندگي و ابعاد سبك زندگي (مصرف فرهنگي، عشق راندن، دين داري، مصرف سيگار و الكل) تبيين كرد. پيشنهادها: پيشنهاد مي شود كه در سه بعد شناختي، عاطفي و رفتاري انضباط رانندگي، آموزش هاي بيشتري به شهروندان، به ويژه گروه هاي سني پايين تر داده شود تا امكان كسب تجربه براي آنان حاصل شود.

Background and Purpose: In the modern world, the discipline of driving is a major social problem and in fact is an indicator of social discipline. Therefore, if drivers observe driving law and regulation, driving discipline and social discipline will help the social discipline. In this study, while defining the concept of driving discipline and its dimensions and components, the most important social and cultural factors affecting driving discipline studied and influential factor analysis model is introduced. Method: This study is descriptive – analysis and is carried out survey method. The sample size consisted of 384 people of citizens (18 -64 years old) in Ardakan and Meibod that have vehicle and driving. Sampling method of this research is proper multi-stage cluster sampling and the data has been collected through researcher-made questionnaire. The validity and reliability was calculated with Cronbach ,s alpha 0.71. To describe of data we used descriptive statistics (mean and median) and in examining the assumptions was used independent t – test, analysis of variance, correlation and regression and analysis was performed in the environment of SPSS software version 19. Findings: The results of research showed that at least 0.23 percent of variations in driving discipline can be explained with variables in the research model including sex, age, marital status, number of years of driving and lifestyle dimensions (cultural consumption, love to drive, religion, smoking and alcohol use). Suggestions: It is suggested that in three dimensions: cognitive, emotional and behavioral of driving discipline, be given more training to citizens, especially lower age groups to allow their experience to be achieved.
