بحران يمن: بررسي زمينه‌ ها و اهداف مداخلات خارجي عربستان و امريكا

Yemen Crisis: Survey of Contexts and Goals of External Intervenes Saudi Arabia and America

بحران يمن صرفا ناشي از نقش‌ آفريني بازيگران داخلي نيست، بلكه ناشي از نقش‌ آفريني بازيگران منطقه‌ اي و فرا منطقه‌ اي همانند عربستان سعودي، شوراي همكاري خليج فارس، امريكا و رژيم صهيونيستي است كه در روند شكل‌ گيري بحران يمن و تشديد آن نقش تعيين‌ كننده‌ اي ايفا كرده‌ اند. يافته‌ هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌ دهد كارگزاران سياست امريكا معتقدند كه با درگير ساختن ايران در عرصه منطقه‌ اي و مناطقي كه عمق استراتژيك پايگاه اجتماعي و سياسي ايران محسوب مي‌ شوند، فرسايش قدرت و توان منطقه‌ اي و سياسي ايران و محور مقاومت را به وجود خواهد آورد. پرسش اصلي آن است كه عوامل اصلي شكل‌ گيري بحران يمن و نقش بازيگران داخلي و خارجي به‌ ويژه امريكا و عربستان سعودي در بحران يمن چيست. روش پژوهش اسنادي است. چارچوب نظري پژوهش حاضر معطوف به بهره‌ گيري از نظريه جان فوران (چرايي ناكامي انقلاب‌ ها و توازن منطقه‌ اي در نظام‌ هاي ناهمگون در محيط‌ هاي راهبردي آشوب‌ ساز است) است.

Yemen crisis is not only emanating from the role of internal actors, but also is because of engaging and intervening of the regional and extra-regional such as Saudi Arabia, cooperation council of Persian gulf, America and Zionist regime that has played the critical role in process of formation of Yemen crisis and its exacerbation. findings of this research show that the official of policy making of America argued that by engaging of Iran in the regional level and the regions that consider as strategic depth of the social and political base of Iran, it led to erosion of the regional and political power and capacity of Iran and the resistance block .the main question of this paper is that what are the main factors of formation of Yemen crisis and role of the external and internal actors especially Saudi Arabia and America in Yemen crisis. Research method is analytical- description. The theoretical framework of this research is focused on using of the Jon Foran theory (causes of revolutions defeat and regional balance in the heterogenetic systems in the ciaos making or creating strategic environments.
