بررسي ابعاد ساختاري سازمان هاي دانش محور (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه علوم پزشكي كاشان)

مقدمه: دانشگاه ها بيش از هر نهاد ديگر، وظيفه توليد دانش و تسهيم آن را بر عهده دارند و بايد از ساختارهاي سنتي فاصله گرفته و به سوي ساختارهاي دانش محور حركت كنند. لذا هدف اصلي اين پژوهش بررسي ابعاد ساختاري سازمان هاي دانش محور (دانشگاه علوم پزشكي كاشان) بود. روش ها: نوع پژوهش توصيفي - پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري شامل كليه اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي كاشان به تعداد 182 نفر بود كه با استفاده فرمول كوكران، 114 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوري داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ابعاد ساختاري با 24 سوال بسته پاسخ بر حسب طيف پنج درجه اي ليكرت بود. روايي پرسشنامه به صورت محتوايي و پايايي آن از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 93/0 تاييد گرديد. تحليل داده ها در سطح توصيفي و استنباطي با نرم افزار آماريSPSS انجام گرفت. يافته ها: آزمون t تك نمونه اي نشان داد ميانگين همه ابعاد ساختاري دانشگاه شامل پيچيدگي (0/47±3/83)، رسميت (0/64±3/02)، تمركز (0/54±3/07)، روابط مبتني بر اعتماد (0/28±4)، روابط تعاملي برون¬گرا (0/38±3/88) و روابط عاطفي فراگير (0/38±3/85) بالاتر از حد متوسط (3) بود كه اين رابطه ها از نظر آماري، معني دار بود (0/001=P). نتيجه گيري: نتايج نشان داد كه ميانگين ابعاد پيچيدگي، رسميت، تمركز، روابط مبتني بر اعتماد، روابط تعاملي برون گرا و روابط عاطفي فراگير در دانشگاه بالا بود كه اين نشانگر وضعيت نسبتاً مطلوب ابعاد ساختاري در دانشگاه علوم پزشكي كاشان است اما تا رسيدن به وضعيت مطلوب، نياز به بهبود دارد.

Introduction: universities are responsible for producing and sharing of knowledge and they should take away from the traditional structure and move toward a knowledge based structures. Therefore, the main purpose of this research was studying structural aspects of knowledge-based organizations in kashan University of Medical Sciences. Method: This was a descriptive-survey research. The statistical population consisted of 182 faculty members of Kashan University of Medical Sciences that 114 were chosen as sample by using Cochran Formula. The data gathering tool was researcher- made questionnaire of structural dimensions with 24 items based on 5-likert scale. Content validity of questionnaire confirms by experts and through Cronbach alpha coefficient, reliability coefficients were obtained equal to 0.93. Data analyses were through descriptive and inferential statistics by using SPSS. Results: One sample t-test indicate that structural dimensions mean include complexity (3.38±0.47), formalization (3.02±0.64), concentration (3.07±0.54), relationships based on trust (4±0.28), extrovert interactive relationships (3.88±0.38) and comprehensive emotional relationships (3.85±0.38) were higher than average (3) and this relations were significant (P=0.001). Conclusion: Based on the results, components of complexity, formalization, concentration, relationships based on trust, extrovert interactive relationships and comprehensive emotional relationships were high that was indicated relatively favorable status of structural dimensions in Kashan University of Medical Sciences but it doesn’t mean the ideal situation and needs to be improved.
