ارزيابي وب سايت هاي دانشگاه هاي دولتي تابع وزارت علوم، تحقيقات و فناوري ايران با روش وب كيو اي ام

Evaluating the websites of the Iranian State Universities under by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology using WebQEM

هدف: هدف اين پژوهش ارزيابي وب سايت هاي دانشگاه هاي دولتي ايران با استفاده از روش ارزيابي وب كيو ام مي باشد. روش پژوهش: اين پژوهش تركيبي از روش پيمايش توصيفي و تكنيك دلفي مي باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش 100 وب سايت دانشگاه هاي دولتي ايران مي باشد. گردآوري داده ها ، با استفاده از سياهه وارسي تهيه شده درروش وب كيو اي ام صورت گرفته است.روش تجزيه وتحليل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي(ميانگين، انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطي(ضريب همبستگي تفاوت-رتبه اي پيرسون) انجام شده است. يافته ها و نتايج: يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه ارزيابي وب سايت ها با استفاده از معيارهاي چهارگانه روش وب كيو اي ام(قابليت استفاده پذيري، قابليت اطمينان، قابليت عملكرد و كارآيي) ، ازنظر معيار قابليت اطمينان در وضعيت مطلوب (ميانگين 0/67)، معيار كارايي در وضعيت مطلوب (ميانگين 0/66)، معيار قابليت عملكرد در وضعيت مطلوب (ميانگين 0/62) و معيار قابليت استفاده پذيري در وضعيت متوسط (ميانگين 0/59) قرار دارند.همچنين 60درصد وب سايت ها در وضعيت مطلوب و 37 درصد در وضعيت متوسط قرار دارند و نيز بين رتبه بندي دانشگاه هاي دولتي ايران و رتبه بندي وب سايت آن ها همبستگي ضعيفي وجود دارد(همبستگي 0.22).

Aim: The goal of this study was to evaluate Iranian state university websites using WebQEM. Methodology: The research method was a combination of descriptive and Delphy survey. The research population included 100 Iranian State University websites accredited by Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. A checklist was developed and used for data collection based on WebQEM method which includes four criteria of reliability, efficiency, functionality, and usability. Descriptive statistics (frequency tables, mean, and standard deviation) and analytical statistics (Spearman correlation coefficient) were used for data analysis. Results/Findings: The results of the study revealed that Iranian state university websites were in “good” condition in terms of reliability (mean of 0.67), efficiency (mean of 0.66), and, functionality (mean of 0.62). However, in terms of usability the websites under study were in an “average” condition (mean of 0.59). Also, the findings showed that 60 percent of the websites were in a good condition and 37 percent were in an average condition. Also, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad website ranked first (score of 0.822). Conclusion: The findings demonstrated that there was a very weak correlation between Iranian state university ranking and Iranian state university websites ranking r = 0.22
