چشم انداز نظري ساختار و كنش در تبيين رفتار سازگاري نسبت به خشكسالي

Theoretical Perspective of Structure and Action in Explaining the Adaptation Behavior to Drought

هدف كلي پژوهش حاضر، تحليل تاثير عامليت و ساختار بر رفتار سازگاري نسبت به خشكسالي بر مبناي بررسي متون است. در اين راستا ابتدا نقش عامليت و ساختار در پژوهش هاي علوم اجتماعي و شناخت جهان بر پايه نظريه هاي اجتماعي و به ويژه نظريه ساخت يابي گيدنز تبيين شد. سپس در راستاي تحقق اهداف اسناد بالادستي نظير سند چشم انداز و نقشه جامع علمي كشاورزي كشور، چگونگي پيوند ميان ساختار و كنش در شرايط خشكسالي، به منزله بافت اجتماعي يا محيطي كه در آن افراد زندگي و كار مي كنند، مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. در ادامه رويكردهاي مختلف ارائه شده در مطالعات سازگاري و آسيب پذيري نسبت به مخاطرات محيطي تشريح شد. حاصل تحليل ها نشان داد كه برمبناي نظريه ي مذكور، همه فعاليت هاي سازگاري نسبت به خشكسالي، درون بافت اجتماعي شكل مي گيرد و ارتقاي ظرفيت سازگاري بدون ملاحظه بافت اجتماعي نمي تواند به روشني درك شود، زيرا بافت زمينه ظهور، طراحي، اجرا و استفاده از راهبردهاي سازگاري را فراهم مي نمايد. اين رويكرد امكان بررسي و تحليل جامع و منطبق بر واقعيت هاي اجتماعي رفتار سازگاري جوامع محلي را به خشكسالي فراهم خواهد كرد و درنتيجه پيوند دهنده ي راهبردهاي كلان سازگاري با راهبردهاي خرد جوامع محلي در حوزه ي مطالعات سازگاري، آسيب پذيري و حتي تاب آوري به مخاطرات محيطي نظير خشكسالي خواهد بود.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the impact analysis of action and structure on adaptation behavior to drought، that based on documentation and literature review. According to this، the role of agency and structure in social science research and understanding of the world based on social theories، especially structuration theory of Giddens were explained. Then، in the direction of achieving the goals of documents such as document of future perspective and holistic scientific agriculture roadmap، how the relationship between structure and action in drought conditions، as social or environmental context within which people live and work، were analyzed. In the next step، different approaches in the study of adaptation and vulnerability to environmental hazards described. The results showed that all activities adapted to drought appears in the social context، and promotion of adaptive capacity can't be clearly understood without considering the social context، because the context rise to، the design، implementation and use of strategies to provide adaptability. This approach allows a comprehensive analysis and review in accordance with the social realities of local communities on adaptation behavior to drought will provide، and thus linking the macro strategies of adaptation to micro strategies of local communities in the areas of adaptability، vulnerability and resilience studies to environmental hazards such as drought will be even
