بررسي ارتباط بين پردازش عبارات اصطلاحي با قابليت نظام شناختي‌ اجرايي و پردازش معناشناختي در بيماران آلزايمر فارسي‌ زبان

The Analysis of Relationships Between Idiomatic Expression Processing and Executive Function and Semantic Processing Abilities in Persian-Speaking Alzheimer Patients

عبارت اصطلاحي حوزة مطالعاتي بسيار مناسبي براي كنكاش در دو مورد از بنيادي‌ترين اختلالات بيماري آلزايمر يعني نقصان معنايي بيماران آلزايمر و اختلال نظام شناختي‌اجرايي آنها قلمداد‌ مي‌شود. در اين پژوهش، توانايي 5 بيمار آلزايمر فارسي‌زبان در درك 30 عبارت اصطلاحي آشنا، غير‌مبهم و شفاف با يك گروه 10 نفرة طبيعي كه همگي فارسي‌زبان و در گسترة سني و تحصيلات همانند قرار ‌داشتند، از طريق اجراي آزمون‌هاي توضيح شفاهي و گزينش اجباري مورد بررسي قرار‌گرفت. همچنين،از طريق اجراي آزمون‌هاي زباني درك واژگاني و رواني معنايي، قابليت زبان‌شناختي آزمودني‌ها مورد بررسي قرار‌ گرفت و با برگزاري آزمون‌هاي ترسيم ساعت و استروپ رنگ، قابليت نظام شناختي‌ اجرايي بيماران به ‌محك‌ آزمون‌ گذاشته ‌شد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاضر بيانگر عملكرد ضعيف بيماران آلزايمر در درك اصطللاحات بود. عملكرد ضعيف بيماران در آزمون شناختي، آزمون زباني رواني معنايي و آزمون نظام شناختي‌اجرايي از يك سو و ارتباط بين عملكرد آزمودني‌ها در آزمون شناختي، رواني معنايي و نظام شناختي‌ اجرايي با نتايج آزمون‌هاي درك اصطلاح از سويي ديگر، نشان‌ داد كه مجموعه‌اي از اختلالات در حوزة پردازش معنايي، نظام شناختي‌اجرايي و قابليت‌هاي شناختي موجب ضعف عملكرد بيماران در درك عبارات اصطلاحي مي‌گردد. بر ‌اين ‌اساس، مي‌توان نتيجه‌ گرفت كه پردازش عبارات اصطلاحي در افراد سالم از ماهيتي چند‌ وجهي برخوردار است.

Idiomatic expression is regarded as an appropriate field of study to explore semantic and executive function disorders as two of the most fundamental disorders of Alzheimer's disease. In this study, The abilities of 5 Persian-speaking Alzheimer patients in the comprehension of 30 familiar, unambiguous and transparent idioms have been compared to I 0 age-education matched normal individuals via assessing their performance in oral explanation and force choice tasks. Moreover, linguistic abilities of participants have been evaluated through lexical comprehension and semantic fluency tasks, and their executive abilities have been assessed via stroop color and clock drawing tasks. The findings of this research reveal that Alzheimer patients , ·have poor performance in comprehending idiomatic expressions. Poor performance of these patients in the cognitive task, linguistic task of semantic fluency and executive function tasks on one hand ,and the relationships between participant performance in the cognitive semantic fluency and executive function tasks with the results of idiom comprehension task ,on the other hand, highlighted that complex deficits related to semantic processing, executive functions and general cognitive functions could culminate in patients' poor performance in idiomatic expression's comprehension. Hence, it can be concluded that idiom comprehension in Alzheimer patients is endowed with a multi-faceted nature.
