مطالعه تطبيقي مأموريت‌ها، چشم‌اندازها، ويژگي‌هاي كلي و نحوه پذيرش دانشجو در نظام آموزش عالي از دور كشورهاي منتخب آسيايي

A Comparative Study of the Missions, Prospects, General Features, and Methods of Admission in Higher Education Systems of a Selection of Asian Countries

هدف اين پژوهش، شناسايي و مقايسه شباهت‌ها و تفاوت‌هاي دانشگاه‌هاي متولي آموزش‌ از‌ دور كشورهاي شرق آسيا با دانشگاه پيام نور در زمينه (مأموريت‌ها، چشم‌اندازها، ويژگي‌هاي كلي و نحوه پذيرش دانشجو) است. پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌اي اسنادي است كه به روش تطبيقي-تحليلي انجام شد. جامعه آماري همه دانشگاه‌هاي آموزش ‌از ‌دور كشورهاي "ژاپن، چين، هندوستان، پاكستان، اندونزي و ايران" است. از ميان دانشگاه‌هاي اين كشورها، دانشگاه‌ باز‌ ژاپن، دانشگاه باز‌ چين، دانشگاه اينديرا گاندي هند، دانشگاه علامه ‌الاقبال پاكستان، دانشگاه ترباكا اندونزي و دانشگاه پيام نور به روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نياز پژوهش با مطالعه اسناد و مدارك و وب‌سايت رسمي دانشگاه‌ها جمع‌آوري شد. نتايج نشان داد، دانشگاه‌هاي مورد مطالعه با ابتكار عمل خود تفاوت‌هاي اساسي در نظام آموزشي خود ايجاد كرده‌اند و استفاده از تجربه‌هاي موفق اين كشورها و بومي‌سازي آن در كشور ما مي‌تواند سبب پيشرفت و كيفيت بهتر نظام آموزش ‌از‌ دور شود.

The main purpose of the present study is to identify and compare the similarities and differences of universities in the East Asian countries offering distance learning with Payame Noor University in terms of missions, prospects, general features and method of student admission. The present research is a documentary study conducted by a comparative-analytic method. Statistical population for the study included all the universities in Japan, China, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, and Iran. Among them, the Open University of Japan, the Open University of China, Indira Gandhi national Open University of India. Allama Iqbal Open University of Pakistan, Terbuka University of Indonesia, and Payame Noor University were selected by a purposeful sampling. Data required for the research were collected by study of documents and formal websites of the universities. Results indicated that the universities under study made fundamental changes in their educational systems by their own initiatives. Thus using their successful experiences and localizing them m our country could lead to the development and better quality of distance learning in our country.
