تعيين مسيرهاي مناسب و قابل دسترسي بعد از زلزله با استفاده از GIS (مطالعه موردي: شهر كاشان)

Determining appropriate and accessible roads after earthquake by using GIS for the city of Kashan

مقدمه: شبكه حمل و نقل درون شهري به ويژه در شهرهاي بزرگ، نقشي اساسي در مديريت بحران زلزله دارد و آسيب‌ پذيرترين شبكه در ميان ديگر شبكه‌ هاي گوناگون در برابر زلزله، شناخته شده است. لذا ضرورت دارد تا اقداماتي براي شناسايي و تعيين مسيرهاي قابل دسترس و بهينه پس از زلزله براي فعاليت‌ هاي حمل و نقل درون شهري صورت گيرد. روش: هدف از اين مطالعه، ارزيابي آسيب‌ پذيري معابر در هنگام وقوع يك زلزله 6/5 ريشتري در شهر كاشان مي‌ باشد. ابتدا مدلي براي ارزيابي خسارات و آسيب‌ پذيري معابر از طريق محاسبه سطح مسدودشده معابر با در نظر داشتن عواملي همچون آوار ساختمان، ويژگي‌ هاي ساختمان و فاصله نسبي بين ساختمان‌ ها و معابر ارائه شد. در ادامه از طريق تسري اين مدل روي 57 معبر اصلي و 41 واحد همگن در سطح شهر كاشان و جمع‌ آوري اطلاعاتي درباره ويژگي‌ ها و مشخصه‌ هاي شبكه حمل و نقل درون شهري كاشان در سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي (GIS)، درجه انسداد طولي و عرضي اين معابر برآورد شده و نقشه‌ هاي قابل بهره‌ برداري ارائه گرديده است. يافته‌ ها: يافته‌ هاي تحقيق از اين قرارند: الف) عرض مسير يكي از عوامل مؤثر بر انسداد آن پس از زلزله است. هر چه عرض مسير بيشتر باشد ميزان انسداد عرضي بيشتر است. ب) انسداد طولي در بافت قديمي بيشتر است. علت اين امر، مواد مورد استفاده در ساخت و ساز و عدم استحكام ساختمان‌ ها مي‌ باشد. بحث و نتيجه‌ گيري: به دليل ويژگي‌ ها و شرايط طبيعي حاكم بر فضاهاي شهري و تراكم سرمايه‌ گذاري و بارگذاري‌ هاي محيطي، بيشتر شهرهاي بزرگ با حوادث طبيعي به ويژه زلزله رو به‌ رو هستند. از‌ اين‌ رو، توجه به برنامه‌ ريزي‌ هاي لازم پيرامون مصونيت شهرها و آسيب كمتر آنها ضرورت دارد.

Background: Urban transportation network especially in big towns has basic role in earthquake crisis management and on another side this network is known as the most vulnerable against earthquake. Besides losses of lives, losses related to lifelines such as electric networks, water and sewage system network, transportation infrastructures are also remarkable. So some act to identity and determine the accessible and optimal road after an earthquake for urban transportation activities such as relieving car, ambulances and fire fighting cars, is essential. But complete and systematic research about this topic hasn’t done. Method: This study is aimed to evaluate the roads and their vulnerability in the event of an earthquake, with 6/5 magnitude in Kashan. At first a model is introduced to assess damage and vulnerability of road via calculation of the blockage level with considering factors such as building debris density, building characteristics and the relative distance between buildings and roads. Then via extending this model on 57 main roads and 41 homogenous units in the Kashan and information about Kashan urban transportation network in GIS, degree of lateral and longitudinal blockage is estimated and useable maps is visualized. Findings: Earthquake is one of the issues that most large cities face such as Kashan due to the natural conditions and characteristics in urban spaces and environmental loading and investment densities. Therefore, the necessary planning for the safety of their towns and less damage is necessary. Also, any advice on a suitable organizational framework must be achieved.
