احساس امنيت، لازمة بقا و ثبات هر نظام سياسي و اجتماعي است و دولت ها براي تأمين آن، وقت و امكانات وسيعي صرف م يكنند كه ب هعنوان حقوق شهروندي شهروندان مطرح است و درنهايت برآيند مجموعة تعامل ها و نيز تعاون بين اجزاي مختلف نظام اجتماعي كشور مي باشد. امروزه، نقش و اهميت احساس امنيت در كشور را بسترساز و پيش نياز رشد و شكوفايي هر گونه پيشرفت و توسعه م يدانند. احساس امنيت پديده اي روا نشناختي اجتماعي مي باشد كه داراي ابعاد گوناگوني از تجربه هاي مستقيم و غيرمستقيم افراد از شرايط و اوضاع محيط پيراموني بوده است كه افراد به صورت هاي مختلف آن را تجربه مي كنند. بررسي هاي انجام شده نشان م يدهد در برخي كشورها افزايش بزهكاري، عدم پايش مجرمان و ناكارآمدي نيروهاي پليس به فقدان احساس امنيت نسبي منجر مي گردد و درنهايت موجب كاهش كارايي افراد جامعه م يشود. يكي از عوامل مؤثر بر ميزان احساس امنيت در جامعه، ميزان اطمينان شهروندان از توانايي هاي پليس، مجهز بودن به تجهيزات روز دنيا و سرعت عملكرد آنها در مواقع ضروري به ويژه هنگام بروز ناامني است كه اين عمل با حضور ب هموقع گش تهاي انتظامي ب هويژه گشت-هاي يگان امداد مي باشد. اين پژوهش به بررسي ميزان تأثير گشت هاي انتظامي يگان امداد بر احساس امنيت شهروندان پرداخته است كه از حيث هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي پيمايشي مي باشد. جامعة آماري پژوهش، و روش » كوكران « شهروندان منطقة 22 تهران به تعداد 650 نفر بوده و جامعه نمونه با استفاده از فرمول نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده متناسب با حجم، تعداد 242 نفر براي شركت در پژوهش انتخاب شده اند. ابزار سنجش پژوهش، پرسش نامه پژوهشگرساخته بود كه روايي محتوايي پرسش نامه به تأييد استادان و صاحب نظران رسيد و براي پايايي آن از الفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه شهروندان هنوز به حضور محسوس پليس تمايل دارند با اين تصور كه در دسترس بودن پليس، ب هويژه گشت هاي انتظامي يگان امداد، در مواقع لزوم، احساس امنيت و آرامش بيشتري برايشان در پي دارد

Sense of security,is a prerequisite for the survival and stability of any political and social systems, and governments to ensure that time and resources spent vast virgin raised that into account as the civil rights of citizens and ultimately itis the outcome of interaction and cooperation between different parts of the social system of the country.Now a days the role and importance of the sense of security in the country is known asbasical and prerequisites for any .development Sense of security is a social-psychological phenomenon, that has variousaspects of direct and indirect experience of the conditions and the environment in which people experience it in different ways. Studies show that in some countries, increasing the guilt, loss of control of criminals and police inefficiency has led to a lack of feeling of relative safety and ultimately reduce the efficiency of society. One factor affecting the sense of security in society, the citizens' confidence in the abilities of police, equipped with modern equipment and performance in emergency situations ,especially when there is an insecurity, . that it was timely action by the police patrol unit, in particular is relief unit This study examines the effectiveness of law enforcement patrols and rescue unit , which focuses on the sense of security of the citizens as the target is applied and descriptive survey method .The study population , the citizens of District 22 of Tehran who was 650 and the sample using the Cochrane formula and random sampling , 242 were selected to participate in the study. Research measurement, was a researcher made Questionnaire who the validity of the questionnaire was .approved by faculty members and for the reliabilityCronbach's alpha was used The results showed that citizens still tend police presence felt assuming that the availability of police Special police rescue unit patrolWhere necessary, they feel .safer and more relaxed poses
