مطالعه منتقدانه مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت‏ ها و توسعه (يك مطالعه مردم ‏نگارانه در منطقه عسلويه)

The Critical study of Corporate Social Responsibility and Development (Ethnographic Study of Asalouyeh

منطقه‏ ي گازي پارس جنوبي واقع در شهرستان عسلويه يكي از مناطق صنعتي‏ خاورميانه و محل فعاليت ده‏ ها شركت پتروشيمي است كه تأثير مخربي روي زيست ‏بوم منطقه گذاشته كه بحث مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت‏ ها و روند توسعه‏ ي متوازن در آن حائز اهميت است. اين پژوهش با نگرشي جامعه‏ شناختي، با هدف مطالعه‏ ي منتقدانه ‏ي مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت‏ ها، از ديدگاه جوامع محلي به‏ عنوان بخشي از ذي نفعان بيروني انجام شده است. جهت انجام اين پژوهش، از روش مردم‏ نگاري انتقادي و مصاحبه‏ ي اپيزوديك همراه با مشاهده و شيوه‏ ي نمونه‏ گيري هدفمند و مصاحبه با 20 نفر از ساكنان بومي انجام و با تكنيك استقراء تحليلي، از داده‏ هاي حاصل، مقوله‏ هاي اصلي ناپايداري، سلطه‏ ي فن‏ سالاري بر انسان‏ مداري، كاركرد غير اثربخش نهادها و مقوله‏ ي هسته‏ ي بازانديشي توانمندساز استخراج و تحليل شد و مدل پاراديمي بر مبناي مدل پارادايمي اشتراوس ـ كوربين ارائه گرديد. نتايج نشان داد مردم اين منطقه از رونق اقتصادي و برخي موقعيت‏ هاي ناشي از توسعه‏ ي اقتصادي ارزيابي مثبتي داشته‏، اما عملكرد شركت‏ ها در خصوص مسئوليت اجتماعي شركتي‏ شان را در قبال زيست ‏بوم و توسعه‏ ي پايدار و متوازن و در نظر گرفتن حقوق مردم محلي ضعيف ارزيابي كرده ‏اند.

South Pars gas in the city of Assaluyeh and one of the Industrial zones in the Middle East and the place activity of dozens of petrochemical companies. Activities of these companies have had a devastating effect on the ecosystem and for this reason it is important to study corporate social responsibility and development process. This study is done by the sociological approach, with the goal of a critical study of corporate social responsibility, from the perspective of the local communities as part of the external stakeholders. For this research, we have used the method of critical ethnography and episodic interview with observation by purposeful sampling and interviews with 20 local residents and we have analyzed the data by inductive analytical techniques. The data, obtained main categories: Instability, domination of technocratic on humanism, non-effective functioning of institutions and the category core of rethinking empowering. We have created on the model Corbin Strauss model also. The results showed that People of this region have a positive assessment of of the economic boom and some situations of economic development. But they have weak corporate performance in terms of corporate social responsibility towards the environment, sustainable development and balanced, considering of the rights of local people.
