تحليل پيامدهاي منطقه اي ژئوپليتيك شيعه در دوران پساصدام

Analyzing of the Regional Consequences of Shiite Geopolitics in Post-Saddam Period

موضوع ژئوپليتيك را رفتار گروه­هاي انساني متشكل نسبت به يكديگر بر پايه جغرافيا، قدرت و سياست تشكيل مي­دهد. امروزه شيعه موضوعي ژئوپليتيكي شده است، زيرا نقطه ثقل جغرافيايي شيعيان، مناطقي است كه بر روابط قدرت در سطح منطقه و جهان تأثيرگذار است. از 5/1 ميليارد مسلمان جهان، 10-15 درصد آن­ها شيعه هستند. در دوران پساصدام، حصر سياسي – اجتماعي شيعيان كشور عراق پايان يافت و امروزه آينده اين كشور با مسأله شيعه گره خورده است. سؤالي كه در اين مقاله مد نظر قرار گرفته، عبارت است از: «تحولات ژئوپليتيك تشيع در دوران پساصدام چه پيامدهايي را در سطح منطقه در پي داشته است؟» نوعي تحقيق كتابخانه ­اي و روش تحقيق به صورت توصيفي – تحليلي است. يافته­ هاي تحقيق نشان مي­دهد كه با قدرت­يابي شيعيان عراق، آن­ها امكان دگرگون كردن چشم ­انداز سياسي عراق را پيدا كرده­اند و اين مسأله به­طور قابل ملاحظه­اي بر آينده شيعيان ساير كشورها اثرگذار خواهد بود. در دوران پساصدام، قدرت معنويت و نقش مذهب در حيات تشيع عراق، پيامدهاي گسترده­اي، نه فقط براي توسعه سياسي آينده عراق، بلكه براي تحولات مذهبي آينده خاورميانه در پي داشته است كه موازنه قدرت را به نفع شيعيان بر هم زده است.

Issue of Geopolitics is studying of the behavior of human groups to each other based on geography, politics and power. Today, the Shiites, the subject of geopolitics, the geographic center of gravity Shiite areas that affect power relations in the region and the world. Of the 5.1 billion Muslims in the world, 15-20% of them are Shiite. During Post-Saddam, social and political siege ended with the Shiites in Iraq and now its future is tied up with the issue of Shiite. The question considered in this article, is "Shia geopolitical developments in the Post-Saddam consequences in the region have been seeking?" Type of library research and research methodology is descriptive - analytical. The results show that the power of the Shiites in Iraq, they are transforming the political landscape of Iraq have found it, impact on the future of the Shiites in other countries. Power, spirituality and the role of religion in the life of the Iraqi Shia in Post-Saddam have many consequences, not just for Iraq's future political development, but also for the future religious developments in the Middle East, which disrupted the balance of power in favor of Shiites.
