تاثير بكارگيري الگوي تفكر خلاق «رانكو و چاد» بر پرورش مهارت هاي حسابداري مديريت دانشجويان رشته حسابداري

The effect of using creative thinking pattern "El Ranco Province and Chad," the skills of management accounting accounting students

اين پژوهش براي اولين بار در كشور، با عنوان تأثير بكارگيري الگوي تفكر خلاق «رانكو و چاد» بر پرورش مهارتهاي حسابداري مديريت دانشجويان حسابداري و با هدف بررسي بكارگيري روش هاي موثر در دوران كارآموزي دانشجويان حسابداري، به منظور تربيت حسابداران مديريت ماهر، انجام شده است.پژوهش حاضر يك مطالعه نيمه تجربي با طراحي دو گروه قبل و بعد از گذراندن دوره كارآموزي رشته حسابداري است كه بر روي 50 نفر از دانشجويان ترم آخركارشناسي حسابداري دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد شهركرد در سال تحصيلي 95-1394 صورت گرفت. ابزارهاي گردآوري داده ها، مقياس سنجش تفكر خلاق پيتر هاني و فرم ارزشيابي مهارتهاي مديريتي در كارآموزي بر اساس روش بارس بود. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از آزمونهاي t مستقل، t زوجي و آزمون همبستگي استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان ميدهد 72 درصد دانشجويان درگروه شاهد بعد از مداخله تفكر خلاق، سطح مهارتهاي مديريتي آنان درحد متوسط بود .ولي سطح مهارتهاي مديريتي 68 درصد دانشجويان در گروه آزمون، در سطح مهارتي خوب قرار داشت. بعد از بكارگيري الگوي تفكر خلاق رانكو و چاد در كارآموزي، ميانگين نمرات مهارتهاي مديريتي هم در گروه آزمون و هم در گروه شاهد افزايش معنادار يافت. البته در گروه آزمون بكارگيري الگوي تفكر خلاق در كارآموزي موجب افزايش بيشتر مهارتهاي مديريتي در ابعاد مهارتهاي ويژه و عمومي مديريت نسبت به گروه شاهد گرديده بود.

To analyze the data, independent t test, t-test and correlation test was used.The results showed that 72% of students in the control group after the intervention of creative thinking, their managerial skills was moderate. But 68 percent of students in the experimental group level managerial skills, skill level was good.After applying creative thinking model and Chad El Ranco Province in training, management skills mean scores in the experimental group and the control group increased significantly. Of course in Creative Thinking Model in training the experimental group increased more special skills and general management skills in aspects of management were compared to control group
