سنجش قابليت‌هاي وب‌سايت پليس راهور كشور جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Measure the capabilities of the traffic police website The Islamic Republic of Iran

زمينه و هدف: وب‌سايت پليس راهور نقش مهمي در برقراري ارتباط دوسويه با كاربران و عرضۀ خدمات مطلوب‌تر به آنان دارد. پشتيباني و روزآمدسازي مستمر اين وب‌سايت نيز راهكاري مهم براي ارائۀ چهره‌اي پويا و فعال از پليس راهور در محيط مجازي است؛ لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر، سنجش قابليت‌هاي وب‌سايت پليس راهور كشور جمهوري اسلامي ايران است. روش: نوع پژوهش بر اساس هدف، كاربردي و روش آن ازنظر گردآوري داده‌ها، توصيفي - پيمايشي است. جامعۀ آماري پژوهش، كاربران و مراجعه‌كنندگان وب‌سايت پليس راهور بوده كه در سه ماه اول سال 1394 به وب‌سايت پليس راهور مراجعه كرده بودند كه در همين راستا، 276 نفر به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماري و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه‌هاي پژوهشگرساخته هستند كه با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان، تعيين اعتبار شده و پايايي آن‌ها نيز به كمك ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ بالاتر از عدد 7/0 محاسبه شد. براي تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار اس‌پي‌اس‌اس استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهند كه بُعد تعامل از مطلوبيت بيشتري نسبت به جذابيت اوليه و قابليت استفاده از ديدگاه كاربران و مراجعه‌كنندگان برخوردار است. مقايسۀ دو بُعد مرتبط با قابليت استفاده نشان مي‌دهد كه بُعد معامله از سطح مطلوبيت كمتري نسبت به بُعد كاوش و مرورگري برخوردار است و ارزيابي كلي از قابليت‌هاي وب‌سايت پليس راهور در سطح مطلوبي قرار ندارد. پيشنهادها: پيشنهاد مي‌شود كه مديران وب‌سايت پليس راهور بايستي به قابليت‌هاي جذابيت اوليه، كاوش / مرورگري و معامله توجه بيشتري نمايند تا بسترهاي لازم را در جهت ارتقاي هرچه بيشتر وب‌سايت خود و عرضۀ خدمات مطلوب‌تر به كاربران فراهم كنند.

The field and purpose: The traffic police website has an important role in providing two-way communication with users and providing more favorable services to them. Continuing support and upgrading of this type of website is also an important tool for providing dynamic and active faces from the traffic police in the virtual environment; Therefore, the purpose of this study was to assess the capabilities of the traffic police website in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Method: Type of research based on purpose is practical and its method in terms of collecting data is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study was the users and visitors of the traffic police website who were referred to the police in the first three months of 1394. 276 people were selected as the statistical sample and selected by simple random sampling method. Research tools were researcher-made questionnaires which is validated using expert opinions and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient higher than 0.7. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. Findings: The findings of this research show that the dimension of interaction is more desirable than the initial attractiveness and the ability to use the views of users and visitors. The comparison of two dimensions related to usability indicates that the deal dimension has a lower level of desirability than exploration and browsing dimension and the overall evaluation of the capabilities of the traffic police website is not at the optimal level. Suggestions: It is suggested that the managers of the police website should pay more attention to the capabilities of primary attraction, exploration / browsing and transaction, in order to provide the necessary substrates for further promotion of their website and better service to users.
