شناسايي صلاحيت‌هاي موردنياز مروجان كشاورزي شهري از ديدگاه كارشناسان ترويج سازمان جهاد كشاورزي استان زنجان

Identification of the Competencies Required for Urban Agriculture Extension Agents from the Perspective of Agricultural Extension Experts of Zanjan Province

كشاورزي شهري، به‌عنوان راهبردي نو ظهور در فرايند توسعه پايدار شهري مطرح شده است و ترويج يكي از سازوكارهاي توسعه آن محسوب مي­ شود. ترويج كشاورزي شهري زماني اثربخش خواهد بود كه در ارائه خدمات ترويجي، نيروي انساني كارآمد و توانمند به كار گيرد. پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسايي صلاحيت­ هاي موردنياز مروجان كشاورزي شهري انجام شد. در اين مطالعه از روش توصيفي - پيمايشي استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوري داده­ هاي تحقيق نيز پرسشنامه بود. براي سنجش روايي پرسشنامه از ديدگاه اعضاي هيأت‌ علمي و كارشناسان مرتبط و براي پايايي آن از پيش ­آزمون و محاسبه ضريب كرونباخ آلفا استفاده شده است كه مقدار اين ضريب ۰/۹۰ به دست آمد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را كارشناسان ترويج سازمان جهاد كشاورزي استان زنجان تشكيل دادند (168=N). از ميان آن‌ها نمونه 91 نفري با استفاده از روش نمونه ­گيري تصادفي طبقه ­اي انتخاب شدند. نتايج تحليل عاملي اكتشافي نشان داد ازنظر افراد مورد مطالعه صلاحيت­ هاي موردنياز مروجان شهري به ترتيب در هفت عامل مهارت ­هاي برنامه ­ريزي ترويجي و آموزشي، مسئوليت پذيري خلاقانه و كارآفرينانه، توانمندي در ICT و تكنولوژي آموزشي و مهارت­ هاي ارتباطات شهري، دانش اداري - حقوقي بالا، تجربه و دانش آموزش و يادگيري بزرگسالان، نگرش مثبت به كشاورزي شهري همراه با تجربه و دانش روزآمد، اخلاق علمي شايسته دسته ­بندي مي­ شوند. اين عوامل درمجموع ۷۶/۹۱ درصد از كل واريانس صلاحيت‌هاي مورد نياز مروجان را تبيين كردند. نتايج تجزيه‌ و تحليل واريانس يك‌ طرفه ديدگاه كارشناسان در مورد عامل اول و ششم معني ­دار شد اما در مورد بقيه عوامل معني ­دار نشد.

Urban agriculture as the new strategy in the process of urban sustainable development and extension is one of the mechanisms of its development. Using efficient and capable manpower is essential for urban agricultural extension. The purpose of this study was to identify the competencies required for urban agriculture extension agents. Descriptive-survey method was used in this study. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by a panel of academic experts. Pre-test and calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficients were used to measure the reliability (0.90). Extension agents in Zanjan province formed the population of the study (N=168) and samples were selected using stratified random sampling (n=91). Using confirmatory factor analysis, the competencies required for urban agriculture extension agents were summarized in seven factors including: extension and education planning skills, Innovative and entrepreneurial responsibility, capabilities in ICT and educational technology and urban communication skills, high legal- administrative knowledge, experience and knowledge in education and adult learning, positive attitude to urban agriculture with up to date experience and knowledge and scientific ethics worthy. These factors explained 76.91% of the total variance. Result of F test showed that the views of experts on the first and sixth factor were significant, but the rest were not significant.
