تحليل تأثير طوفان‌هاي 120 روزه بر افزايش تصادفات جاده‌اي (مورد مطالعه : محورهاي منتهي به شهرستان زابل)

(Analysis of the impact of 120-day storms on increasing road accidents (Case study: Axes leading to Zabol city

هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي نقش طوفان‌ هاي 120 روزۀ زابل بر تعداد تصادفات جاده‌ اي محورهاي منتهي به شهرستان زابل در استان سيستان و بلوچستان مي‌باشد. روش انجام اين پژوهش، اسنادي و استفاده از داده‌ هاي ثانويۀ ايستگاه سينوپتيك شهرستان زاهدان و زابل در سال‌ هاي 1389 الي 1393 است. در ابتدا ميزان و شدت سرعت داده‌ هاي عنصر باد و ديد افقي در بازۀ زماني 5 ساله اخذ شدند و با كمك نرم‌ افزار Excel، داده‌ هاي بادي كه سرعت آن‌ ها از 10 نات بر ثانيه بيشتر و ديد افقي كمتر از 1000 متر بود، بررسي شدند؛ همچنين تعداد تصادفات به‌ وقوع‌ پيوسته نيز از مركز پليس راه انتظامي استان سيستان و بلوچستان اخذ شد و مورد بررسي آماري قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه بيشترين تعداد تصادفات جاده‌ اي شهرستان زابل در فصل تابستان و هنگام وقوع طوفان‌ هاي 120 روزه به وقوع پيوسته است. با شناخت ويژگي‌ ها و پيش‌ بيني يك روز قبل اين نوع بلاي اقليمي، ضمن مديريت شد آمدي و ايمن‌ سازي جاده و اطلاع‌ رساني به پايگاه‌ هاي امداد جاده‌ اي، اورژانس، پليس راه و هشدار به رانندگان، مي‌توان از خسارات اين بلاي اقليمي كاست.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of Zabol 120-day storms on the number of road accidents of axes leading to Zabol city in Sistan and Baluchestan province. The research method is the documentary research and the use of secondary data of the synoptic station of Zahedan and Zabol during the years 2010-2010. Initially, the amount and intensity of speed data of the element of wind and horizontal vision were obtained in a 5-year time frame. Using Excel software, wind data with a speed of more than 10 nats /s and a horizontal view of less than 1000 m, as well as the number of accidents occurring, were obtained from the Police Station in Sistan and Baluchestan province and were analyzed statistically. The results showed that the highest number of road accidents in Zabol city occurred during the Summer and during the 120-day storms. By recognizing the features and anticipating this type of Weather disaster one day ago, while managing effective and road Safety and informing to road assistance bases, emergency, road police and alerting to drivers can reduce the damages to this climat disaster.
