بررسي نقش و عملكرد مبلمان شهري در ارتقاء كيفيت محيط شهري و رضايتمندي شهروندان (مطالعه موردي:منطقه 4شهرداري كرمانشاه)

با گسترش فزاينده شهرنشيني و افزايش جمعيت شهرنشينان و مشكلات ناشي از آن، فراهم آوردن امكاناتي براي رفاه حال شهروندان بيش از پيش ضروري مي­نمايد.امروزه اهميت و نقش مبلمان شهري در خدمات­رساني و زيباسازي شهري بر هيچ كس پوشيده نيست و مبلمان شهري از اجزايضروري و جدايي­ناپذير شهرها محسوب مي­شود. هدف از اين مطالعه بررسي نقش مبلمان شهري بر ارتقاء كيفيت محيط شهري و رضايتمندي شهروندان منطقه 4 شهرداري كرمانشاه است كه به روش توصيفي-تحليلي انجام گرفته است. گردآوري اطلاعات با استفاده از دو روش كتابخانه­اي و ميداني (پرسشنامه) صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را شهروندان منطقه 4 كرمانشاه تشكيل مي­دهد كه تعداد 375 نفر از آنها با استفاده از فرمول كوكران انتخاب و پرسشنامه پژوهش به روش تصادفي ساده بين آنها توزيع شد. پرسشنامه پژوهش محقق ساخته است كه روايي آن با استفاده از تحليل­عاملي تاييدي مورد تاييد قرار گرفت و پايايي آن با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ به ميزان ۰/۸۰ تاييد شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده­ها از آزمون­هاي همبستگي، t استيودنت در نرم­افزارهاي AMOS و SPSS و براي سنجش ميزان رضايتمندي شهروندان از شاخص هال­ين­تن استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه از نظر ساكنان اين منطقه مبلمان شهري در بهبود كيفيت­ محيط و رضايتمندي شهروندان تاثير دارد. مبلمان شهري منطقه 4 كرمانشاه از زيبايي و تناسب مطلوبي و جانمايي صحيحي برخوردار نيستند. همچنين، بين عدم رعايت اصول استانداردهاي مبلمان شهري و به وجود آمدن ساختار ناموزون شهري و كاهش كيفيت محيط شهري همبستگي بالايي يافت شد.
