Semantics of the "System Construction" And Methodology of the System Discovery from the Religious Sources

اسلام در مقام ثبوت، دين كامل، تام و مرضي پروردگار در هـدايت، رشـد و تعـالي انسانهاست؛ ولي در مقام اثبات، كيفيت فرايند تحقـق بخشـي بـه ايـن مهـم، ماهيـت ادراك آدمي از معارف ف ديني و در نهايت، كاربست معارف ديني در عرصه زنـدگي، مؤلفه هـاي اثرگـذار در نقـش آفرينـي ديـن در سـاحت اجتمـاعي بـه شـمار مـي رود. اينجاست كه ضرورت نظام سازي يا نظام پردازي از معارف ديني، احساس مي شود تـا از رهاورد آن، اساليب انتفـاع از معـارف دينـي اسـتخراج و در قالـب نظـام معرفتـي، عرضه شود و در پايان امكان استقرار نظام كنشي برمبناي نظام معرفتـي، امكـان پـذير شود. در اين مقاله، نگارنده مي كوشد ابتدا به مفهوم پردازي و معناشناسي نظام سـازي بپردازد و در ادامه، روش شناسي كشف نظام از منابع ديني را مبتنـي بـر رويكردهـاي مختلف موجود، تنقيح و تبيين كند و در پايان، مدل مختار خود را ارائه كند. كشف نظام از معارف ديني، از يكسو امكان تكـون فقـه حكـومتي را فـراهم خواهـد آورد و از سوي ديگـر قـدرت اثبـات كارآمـدي ديـن در عرصـه اجتمـاعي را بـرا ي انديشمندان اسلامي پديد خواهد آورد. روش اين پژوهش در گردآوري داده هاي تحقيق برمنابع كتابخانه اي (بـه كـارگيري ابزار مطالعه) و انديشمندان حوزه نظام سازي (به كارگيري ابزار مصاحبه) استوار است ودر مقام داوري نيزاز نظريه داده بنياد بهره گيري شده است.

Islam, In the actual state, is a perfect and complete religion and it is regarded as satisfactory for God in guidance and development of humankind; but in the apparent state, the influencing components in role-playing of religion in social aspects are the quality of it realization process, human perception of religious knowledge, and eventually the use of religious knowledge in real life. Hence, the necessity of system construction from religious knowledge arises, in order to make it possible to present the structures of utilizing religious knowledge in the form of an epistemic system and eventually the possibility of establishment of active system based on epistemic system. In this research, the author is to pay attention firstly to the semantics of system construction, then to explain the methodology of system discovery from the religious sources based on the existing different approaches, and finally to present his chosen model of system construction. From one hand, system discovery from religious concepts provides the possibility of governmental Islamic jurisprudence formation, and from the other hand, it increases the power of proving the efficacy of religion in social fields for Islamic thinkers. The method of this research in data gathering is based on library sources (library studies) and the thinkers in the field of system construction (interviews) and in data evaluation is based on grounded theory.
