تحول روابط بين الملل از خِرَدگرايي به تامُل گرايي و ظهور فرانظريه به مثابه متا - فيزيكِ نوين

Development in International Relations from Rationalism to Reflexivism and the Advent of the Metatheory as a New Meta-physics

مشهور است كه چشم انداز تامل گرا در روابط بين الملل معاصر بازتاب دهنده امر اجتماعي/ معنايي است. از اين منظر چشم انداز مذكور با تامل در باب فرايند نظريه پردازي به تعهدات فرانظري معطوف شده است. نويسنده با روي آوردن به رويكرد فلسفي و بهره جستن از بصيرت هاي هوسرل و هَيدگر، به خصوص دو پنداشت نيت مندي و زمان مندي، تلاش مي كند تا با اتخاذ نگاهي انتقادي فرانظريه روابط بين الملل معاصر را واسازد. استدلال نويسنده آن است كه در تحول چشم اندازهاي نظريه پردازي در روابط بين الملل، متافيزيك چشم انداز خِرَدگرا كه مبتني بر بازي بي پايان حاكميت و آنارشي در نظام بين الملل آنارشيك متشكل از دولت هاي داراي حاكميت بود، به متا- فيزيك چشم انداز تامل گرا كه مبتني تاملات فرانظري با محوريت وجوه سه گانه هستي شناسي، معرفت شناسي، و روش شناسي بوده تحول يافته است. فرضيه اين مقاله آن است كه فرانظريه/ متا- فيزيك روابط بين الملل معاصر براي نظريه پرداز تعليق شده و مي توان به جاي نظريه، به نظريه پرداز معطوف شد. نتيجه آنكه فهم نظريه پرداز از معناي روابط بين الملل معاصر، مشروط به اشتراك افق زماني هستندگيِ وي در كنار ديگر انسان ها/ هستندگان بوده، و تبعاً شناخت وي نيز از آنها خارج از اين حيث زماني نيست. گردآوري داده ها به روش كتابخانه اي انجام شده و روش تحيل محتوا جهت تحليل داده ها مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است.

It is well-known that the reflectivist perspective represents the ideational turn in the contemporary IR. In this context، one can reflect on the strands of theorizing which revolved around the meta-theoretical commitments to the triad modes of ontology، epistemology and methodology. In this paper I try to apply the philosophical insights of two conspicuous masters of twenty century philosophers، Husserl and Heidegger to take a critical reflection on، and so deconstruct the situation of reflectivism in IR. Development in the perspectives of theorizing in IR، this is my argument، the metaphysics of rationalism based on the endless game of sovereignty and anarchy concerning anarchical international system of the sovereign states has been translated into the meta-physics of reflectivism representing the meta-theoretical questions. Drawing on Husserl and Heidegger points of view، especially conceptions of intentionality and temporality، I reduce meta-theory/ meta-physics of the contemporary IR to theorist by shifting to her or his instead of theory. To sum up، theorist’s understanding of the meaning of contemporary International Relations is contingent upon her or his temporally shared being-ness horizon with the other humans/ beings، and subsequently، her or his knowledge of them depends on their temporality.
