The Universe and the International Arrange of jihadi Selfism as well as the Conceptual Modification of Jihad

گفتمان معاصر خلافت، جهاد را به ‏مثابه كنش اصلي خود در راه مبارزه با نظم بين الملل برگزيده و اين وضعيت، يكي از مهم‏ترين دشواري هاي پديدآمده در روابط بين الملل طي دو دهه اخير را سبب شده است. به‏رغم اهميت اين موضوع، تلاش هاي صورت‏ گرفته براي مطالعه و توضيح اين وضعيت چندان ثمربخش نبوده است. مشخصاً اين مطالعات از فهم ماهيت بين المللي رفتار جهادي در پيوستگي با هويت ديني و تبار تاريخي آن به‏صورت نسبي بازمانده است. پژوهش پيشِ‏رو درصدد آن است كه با لحاظ تبار تاريخي و هويت ديني گروه هاي جهادي، گامي در مسير فهم ماهيت بين المللي اين گروه ها و كاركرد نظم‏ستيزشان در عرصه سياست جهاني بردارد. هدف آن است كه ميان اين حوزه تامل (تبار تاريخي و كاركرد معاصر بين المللي) ارتباطي منطقي برقرار گردد و براين‏اساس، توضيحي از ماهيت پديده جهاد معاصر به‏مثابه موقعيتي نوظهور و يگانه در زمينه و زمانه معاصر حاصل آيد؛ پديده اي كه بي‏گمان امروزه در قامت عاملي بحران‏زا در عرصه روابط بين الملل ظهور يافته است. براي انجام اين مهم مباحث در دو سطح سامان يافته است. ابتدا و در بخش نخست مطالعه، تبارشناسي جهاد تعقيب گرديده است و سپس در بخش دوم، به توضيح نحوه و منطق حضور آن در عرصه بين الملل پرداخته شده است. روش شناسي مطالعه در انجام اين مهم، نظريه گفتمان است.

The present discourse of caliphate has selected jihad as the main action towards fighting with the international order and this occasion has been the cause of one of the most important difficulties in regard with the international relations during the two recent decades. Regardless of the importance of issue، the endeavors towards the study and clarification of this situation have not been efficient. These studies have been rather behind appreciating the international entity of jihadi behavior related to the religious entity and the historical antecedent.The present research is to realize the international entity of jihadi groups and their unmanageable act in the domain of universal policy. The purpose is to develop a logicalrelationship between the historical antecedent and the present international function. Consequently، it is presented an explanation from the entity of contemporary jihad as a new and unique state in the present time. It is regarded a phenomenon having been manifested as a critical factor in the domain of international relationship. To do this important issue، the topics have been organized in two levels. In the first part، it has been pursued the genealogy of jihad and in the second part، it has been considered The methodology of study is discourse theory.
